+ for the people who are reading this, I'm going to go back and change that Felix and jisung are in high school and not in college for the perpous of this book and because I thought it would make a lot more sense. When I first started this book I didn't know if I wanted them in college or in high
School But now I made up my mind. Sorry for the inconvenience ☹️,

Felix pov*
As the meeting went on, I started to get a little hungry... I didn't want to disturb daddy so I got up from his lap and headed out the door. I wandered the halls of the big building, looking for something that will fill my tummy up, soon I came across a small cafe on the first floor.

I dig in my pocket to see if my wallet was still there. Thankfully it was!

I make my way into the cafe and go up to the cashier. "Can I please get a strawberry milkshake and muffin" I say politely with a smile.

"That will be 21.47...but for a handsome man like you I will let it go for 12.10" she said smiling widely at me.

"N-no it's ok I will just pay the original price" I say awkwardly. The girl didn't say anything and just nodded her head.

I payed for my food and went to go sit down by a table that was in front of a window. As I zoned out and stare out the window, the chair on the other side of the table was pulled and sat in. I turn my head to see who was sitting there but only found a stranger. I was actually disappointed that it wasn't daddy.

"Hi, my name is kai" this so called Kai guy said.

"...hi..." I respond shortly. Kai has some what of curly hair, he's rather tall too.

"Ummm I know this is weird but if you don't mind...can you show me around...it's kinda my first day" he says

"I-I don't work here...sorry" I say, giving him a small smile.

"Oh I'm sorry then" he gets up from the chair and heads towards another person. They talk for a bit and they make their way out of the small cafe. He probably asked an actual worker this time.

I look back down to my delicious food that I have forgotten about and dig in.

As I'm half way through my muffin, the chair on the other side of the table was pulled in again. Not looking up from my muffin I say "I don't work here"

"I know you don't baby".

My eyes widened and I looked up from my food. "O-oh hey" I smile wide.

"Hey baby...were you hungry?, you could just have asked me to get you something" daddy said.

"N-no it's ok, you had a meeting anyway" I shrug and continue to eat.

"Baby who were you talking to a few minutes ago?" Daddy said as he took a pice of my muffin. "Oh that was just...someone who wanted me to show them around" I take a sip of my smoothie.

"Probably a new employee" daddy mumbled as he looked around.

"I'm done!" I say as I get up and push in my chair. "Come oooooonnn" I whine as I pull on daddy's sleeve. Daddy chuckles and gets up. "Come on let's walk around for a bit" daddy said as he got up as well. we made our way out of the cafe. As we walked around, I noticed Kai coming out an office with some files in his hands. He doesn't seem to notice me at first, well until he finally looks up from the file he was reading as he walked.

"Oh hello again" Kai says as he closes the file and holds it with one hand, now that I mention it, his hands are pretty veiny.

I look down at daddy's hands and notice the same thing...I also look at my hand that was intertwined with daddy's hand...

No veins.

Once I realized that I left Kai hanging I make myself snap out of it and respond.

"Hello" I smile.

For some reason daddy's hand tighten, making his grip on my hand tighter....is daddy jealous?

Hehe.

'Daddy loves me, daddy loves me' I sing in my head.

"Ah by the way, what's your name?" Kai asks me as he tilts his head to the side.

"I'm Lee Felix, sorry I didn't introduce myself properly last time" I giggle a bit at the thought of the last interaction.

"ahhhh I see, well nice to meet you Felix!... I know this is weird sense we just met but can I get your phone number?" Kai says awkwardly.

"Sure, I always like to make new friends!!" I say excitedly. I take out my phone and he takes out his. After exchanging our numbers we go our separate ways.

"Who was that?" Daddy say as he looks back at Kai who walked away in the other detection.

"That's my new friend I made!!!, oh I also met him in that cafe earlier" I say as I swing our hands.

Daddy just hums as an ok, he then takes his phone out and dials a number. "Hey...I need to see you in a bit...meet me in my office" he sighs and ends the call.

"What was that about?" I question

"Don't worry about it" daddy says as he gives me a small smile.

He lets go of my hand and walks away from me...did I do something wrong?
