Garden
"Chaos comes in all shapes and sizes-
sometimes, it's red-furred, bossy,
and perched atop a hill of flower pots,
glaring at you like you owe it an
explanation for the mess it made."

The morning sun filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room where the Diasomnia rabbits were huddled. Malleus sat quietly by the window, his gaze fixed on the garden outside, deep in thought. Silver was half-dozing in a corner, while Sebek muttered indignantly about his own unfortunate and unbecoming situation. Lilia, on the other hand, was balancing a small carrot slice on his nose, clearly enjoying himself.

It was quiet for a moment, until Malleus' voice suddenly rang through the atmosphere.

"Three days ago..." he started. "that sensation I felt-it was unlike anything I've ever experienced. It surged through me, powerful and almost unbearable. I thought, surely, my magic was still intact, but..." he pauses, his gaze distant. "after trying again just now, I can't feel even an ounce of it. Nothing at all. Not even the faintest trace... It's as though it was never there to begin with."

"Shouldn't we still be able to perform magic, even if just a little? If our magic hadn't disappeared entirely, wouldn't there be some residual power left, no matter how small? I..." he sighs softly. "I had hoped that the incident three days ago was merely a sign of something little, and now I'm still wondering... What caused it?"

His voice takes on a more contemplative edge, tinged with the weight of uncertainty. "I do not understand what is happening, but I can't shake the feeling that the answer lies somewhere within what we felt that day..."

The rest of the Diasomnia students stared at their Housewarden, unable to answer.
