Chapter 1: Saying Goodbye.
Macy's P.O.V
~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
So there I was packing up all of my things into boxes, with my best friend Cassie.
Well, im guessing your wondering who i am? Even if your not, im gunna tell you anyway.
Hi, I'm Macy Love, I'm 17 years old, and i live in Canada.. well, for another 15 minutes anyway.
You see, my father got a job in London, England. This meaning we have to move... like today.
I sigh sadly at the thought, and sit on my bed, as it was the only thing left in my room. My mind drifted into deep thought, or as Cassie calles it i'm "in the zone" I know, shes weird, but not as weird as me! (thats something to be proud of:p)
I started thinking about my school, my friends, my family, and worst of all, leaving it all behinde. Don't get me wrong, I've always wanted to go to London, but i just dont want to live there for the rest of my life. I dont want to start over.
"Hey! Macy can you help me bring my t.v down to the moving men?" my mothers sweet yet weak voice called out. i got up and dragged me feet across the fool, feeling just as weak as her.
I frown as i pass by Cassie who was taking down all my One Direction and Ed sheeran posters carfully. My room looks so bare without them, almost imcomplet, i thought to myself.
"weird, huh? your room doesn't look the same with out these." Cassie said holding up the posers, and eccoing my thoughts,
"yeah, it really does." i say simpley as i leave the room to go find mom.
I find my mom standing in the hallway with her 47 inch t.v, i walk over to her and grab the box. I help her bring the box downstairs. I see Cassie has already made her way downstairs and it standing in our completly bare living room. I see the men bring down my bed, and i know what that mean.
"Okay, Macy! we've got to go. I'll be in the car with your father so you two can say your goodbyes." Mom says sadly, getting teary-eyed herself, Cassie, was like her other chid, so i knew it was going to be hard for her to say goodbye to her.
Mom gives Cassie one last hug as she went back to the car sniffing and wiping away her tears.
Cassie pulls me into possibly the biggest hug i've ever recieved. Im not one for hugs, but at this moment, i never wanted to let go.
I cry into her sholder, as she does the same. I let go of Cassie, I take one last look at her, give her a small wave and a weak smile, as i get into the car with my mother and father. My eyes never left Cassie, as she stood there motionlesss. I take one last look at my small town, seeing some people from school out and about, and whisper "goodbye" one lst time as i fell in to a peacefull sleep.
