"[y/n], please... I... I can't risk losing you..." Will was holding you close in his arms as tears streamed down his delicate, pale face. You had been seeing Will for a few months now and today, you finally promised yourself to set him free from this living hell. Dipper Gleeful had been making him suffer for so long and though Will said to not help him, you couldn't take seeing him in pain any longer.

"Will, please... You're so close to being let out of this nightmare.. Just let me help you!" Will gritted his teeth and looked you in the eyes. His eyes were full of sorrow, fear, and worry. It honestly hurt your heart to see him like this. You sighed quietly and forced a smile to try and say "everything is alright". He only seemed to be more torn up by this because the truth was, he was scared.

You finally grabbed the key to the shackles tightened against Will's wrists. They were small in perspective, but they were truly just a jail. He tried to pull away from you at first. You gradually placed your hands onto his wrists and he stopped trying to fight you. You unlocked the cuffs on his wrists and the iron shackles fell to the ground with a loud clank. Will stared down at them for a minute before pulling you into a tight hug. You widened your eyes a bit then hugged back, smiling a bit.

He gently grazed your neck with his lips and whispered a quiet, "thank you..". Your face became flushed and you looked away a bit. He placed his hand on your chin and made you look at him. He stared longingly into your eyes before pulling you into a deep and intensely passionate kiss. He leaned you up against the wall and brushed the hair out of your face.

"I'm never letting you go, [y/n]..." He pinned your hands up against the wall and you smiled a bit.

"And I'm never going to lose you..." Will whispered sending a chill up your body. His voice was so captivating and loving. You gently kissed his neck and pulled him close against you. He pulled your legs up around him and carefully placed you down on the table. You two would become one at last, in life and in death as your love for each other grew into something greater.

Dipper was about to finish Will off with a dagger in hand. Will was bleeding, tears falling from his closed eyes. He held his arm, waiting for the cold steel to pierce his fast beating heart.

"WILL, WATCH OUT!!" Will opened his eyes in panic and before he could do anything to react, you had already dove in front of the knife. Dipper froze for a minute, shocked then ripped the knife from you. Will caught you in his arms and a wave of pure desolation, heartache, and grief swept over him. The color in your eyes and skin were starting to fade as Will fell to his knees, unable to stand.

"[y-y/n]...?" You smiled and a drop of blood ran down your mouth.

"I-it's alright.. Y-you'll be okay... You'll find someone else..." Will glared a bit and clenched a fist.

"I don't want anyone else but you!!" You lost your forced smile and placed a bloody hand on his face. The blood was beginning to pool around you now and every drop lost was bringing you closer to the end. Will held your frigid, pale hand against his face and forced a smile. You smiled back for a moment before your body gave in. You had slipped away as Will continued to hold you in his arms. Despite you being lifeless, it gave him comfort and a sense of safety. You were all he had and you were his everything and now that precious thing was ripped away from him. All because he was set free..

Will looked up at Dipper who was now smiling with empty, narrowed eyes. Will finally took the courage to let you go and stood up. Blood was soaking his clothes but he didn't care. Will grabbed Dipper by the throat with wrathful eyes. Dipper just smiled more and buried the knife deep into Will's chest. Will looked up at Dipper but to his surprise, smiled. Dipper's smile dwindled into an angry and confused frown. He tore the knife out of Will and glared.

Immediately Will fell to the ground and turned his attention to you. A genuine smile pulled at the corners of his mouth and he pulled himself over to your side. He flipped onto his back and interlaced his bloody fingers with yours. He shut his eyes and lied beside you, heart slowly diminishing. He used his final breath to say one last thing to you...

"I promised I wouldn't leave you..."
