Taking pictures, Serenity placed her camera down on the cement floor as she began to write down on her journal then, her pencil moving swiftly around the paper as she focused on her words. Jotting down her ideas she hadn't noticed her boss stand by next to her, his words catching her by surprise.

"Writing about a flower?" He questioned with a raised brow.
"Oh!- yes sir, I've never seen one of these before!" Serenity explained as she got up from where she was kneeling down. Showing her boss the pictures she took and writing she smiled at his nod of approval.

"This looks good, never fail to impress me or your coworkers" He chuckled.
"Thank you sir, I really enjoy doing what I do, I just want to make my next journal report better than this one when it's out. I'm just stuck, is there anything you have in mind sir?" Serenity said as she put her journal and camera inside her bag.

"Well, there is something someone really hasn't written about"
"What is it?" Serenity said as she focused now on her boss.
"Vampires, are they really a myth, and urban legend that they once existed? There are a lot of people in town that wonder about this."
"Vampires?," Serenity thought for a moment, would it even be easy to look for any clues for this?, "that seems, tuff.."

"It is, but I believe in you. Serenity, you're the best journalist in town, everyone's continuing on you" her boss spoke as he placed a hand on her shoulder, "will you do it?"
Will she do it? How would she even start this journey for her report? What would she even write about? She doesn't really know much about vampires to begin with.

"I'll, think about it..sir" Serenity responded.
"Let me know what you chose then as quickly as possible okay? Someone's already planning to start this report too, but we want the best journalist to do it"

Serenity smiled at the compliment.
"Thank you sir"

"So what'd you write about this time Serenity?" A friend coworker of her's, Helene questioned her as she took a sip of her black coffee.

"A rare flower I found around the garden nearby the building, it was really beautiful" Serenity responded as she took out her camera.
"Let me see it" Helene said as she leaned over towards Serenity, seeing the pictures of it before smiling, a beautiful raspberry color flower. A Red Spider Lily..

"Oh my! It's gorgeous! I can't wait to read your report about it! Nice job as always" Helene spoke as she hugged her friend, before waving off to her as she went back to work.
Serenity grabbed herself a cup of cold water before walking back to her office, setting down her water next to her as she began on fixing and writing down her report on her laptop.

Not long after a knock was heard outside her office, looking over the cleared room she sighed, hesitantly allowing the person to step inside.
"Hey beautiful" the male coworker announced as he stepped inside.
"What do you want Leo" Serenity answered bluntly as she got off her chair and made her way over towards him.

"Just wanted to see what miss amazing journalist was doing, writing as usual?" Leo spoke with a smirk.
"Yes, busy too. So do you mind?" Serenity raised a brow.

"Only if you agree to having dinner with me later" Leo offered with a playful tone.
"Maybe some other time" Serenity responded.
"When will you sweetheart? You've answered me that already for the past months."

"Well you're a patient man aren't you?" Serenity questioned him.
"Yes of course, only for you" Leo answered with a sincere smile.
"Good, so keep waiting" with that Serenity kicked him out of her office, shaking her head before going back to her chair and continuing her writing.

Later that day Serenity sat at her desk in her apartment, tapping her pencil constantly down on her journal. She had already finished and published her report on the newfound flower now what? All she could think about was the vampire report, should she do it?

Going to her laptop she began her research, after a few minutes she closed it and went to her phone, sending a message to her boss.
- "I'll do it sir" she typed before sending, with a nod and smile she put her phone back on her nightstand, washing and changing as she laid down on her cozy bed.

Feeling great about herself for her final decision on her new report, drifting off to sleep for the next day.
