Chapter 3 "Do I really have to walk between your paws?" Ivykit meowed. Silver the hissed said: "Yes! That's safer for you!" Ivykit jumped to the side and wanted to run away, but she was too slow because Silver overtook her. "That's not fair! I'm not so little anymore!" Protested Ivykit, "You're blind," Silver growled, "You can't get anywhere on your own!" "Just because I'm blind doesn't mean I can't do anything! I can see just as well as you!" Ivykit looked at Silver with a sullen look, then she fanned briefly and did what Silver told her. How stupid would that actually look? She wanted to say the words out loud, but she didn't want to say it, she didn't want to be in trouble.

The sun set on the horizon and Ivykit's legs went limp. She felt very hungry, but she didn't feel cold. An eagle soared in the sky and ivy kitten was frightened: "Can we take a break?" She asked, "My paws hurt!" Silver, who was running behind the ivy kitten, meowed: "It would be good to take a break, stay here, I'm going to hunt." Then her ivykit went away and only heard a loud cry until they clawed at her fur and she said in the air: "Help, Silver!" The eagle crept up and Silver yelped, "Let her go!" The eagle opened its claws and Ivykit fell down. She felt a strong pain, her ears throbbed, blood ran from her mouth, then the pain stopped.

Ivykit!" A familiar voice meowed, "Let's go play!" Ivykit heard paw steps approaching the two of them. "Not so wild, you two." A soft, quiet voice purred. "Please don't go too far away from the nursery." Ivykit nodded. "Do we Frostmoon" The two ran out laughing. The two were playing near a waterfall. The familiar voice yelped: "It's me Stormclan and we will attack your territory!" She jumped on Ivykit and pushed her down "No, because Iceclan is invincible!" They both laughed playfully until Frostmoon came: "Come on, Snowkit and Ivykit go back to camp" Snowkit meowed: "Just just a moment, please!" Frostmoon purred: "Okay, but only for a moment." Ivykit ran towards the waterfall but Frostmoon yelped: "Ivykit, no, that's dangerous!" Ivykit didn't hear that anymore, she slipped away and fell down the waterfall. Frostmoon yelped, "Ivykit? Ivykit no!"

The vision faded and the golden she-cat reappeared "eh! What was that?" The golden she-cat sighed "Find the clans...you belong there.." Ivy kit looked in the golden she-cat's green eyes "Just answer me these two questions..." Ivy kit meowed "Who are you... and why can I see here?!" The Golden Cat looked down: "I can't tell...you're not ready yet." Suddenly Ivykit felt severe pain, she lay down on the ground and Blud ran into her fur. She closed her eyes. She woke up. She was blind again so she didn't dream. Find the Clans .Ivykit thought. You belong there...am I from the clans? What are the clans? Was Snowkit my sister and Frostmoon my mother? She heard Silver walking towards her. "Are you feeling better?" Silver asked: "You slept through the night for a day." Ivykit nodded. "Do you know anything about the clans?" She asked Silver. She answered: "Um...yes...Moon had told me a lot about them when she was young" Ivykit meowed quietly because she barely had the strength to talk "tell me EVERYTHING you know about them" Silver started to tell: "So the clans live in cat groups. There are 4 clans: Earth Clan, Fire Clan, and Ice Clan." When Ivykit heard Ice Clan, she started to tremble and Silver continued: "The Clans believe in Moon Clan, he watches over them..." Was the Golden She-cat from Moon Clan? Ivykit thought " The Earth Clan lives with two-legged creatures and sometimes even takes them in. The Fire Clan lives on a large meadow with several large stones. The Storm Clan lives on a cliff, around which are meadows, deciduous trees, rivers and fir trees. The Ice Clan lives on very high Mountains, they don't feel the cold, that's why they're used to it." Ivykit nodded excitedly and Silver continued: "The leaders are named Moon after all." Ivykit caught his breath. That's why Frostmoon!" Why did you want to know that?" Ivykit told Silver about the dream and she couldn't believe it: "That's unbelievable! We have to find her!" Ivykit nodded "Yes...are we leaving immediately?" Silver shook her head: "No Ivykit, you're still injured, we'll wait a few more sunrises." It's been seven sunrises since Ivy Cubs were almost killed by the eagle. Silver chased some more and then they set off. Ivykite's wounds had not yet healed and she still felt a small sting when she ran. But that didn't stop them from looking for the clans. They passed a two-legged farm and spent the night in the barn. In the middle of the night she heard barking that was getting louder and louder. Ivykit yelped: "Dogs!" Silver quickly got up and growled to Ivykit: "Run!" The two ran for their lives. Please...I have to run faster! Ivykit ran to the monster path, she heard a monster, but it was too late for her couldn't avoid it anymore, the only thing she heard was the howling of silver and the barking of dogs. Then she only felt the pain and the blood on her leg.

As I ran back, Ivykit meowed: "I don't want to get in their way!" Frostmoon purred, "Oh yes, you don't want that either! Many warriors have died at the hands of monsters."

Ivykit woke up. She is in severe pain. Ivykit cannot move. Why doesn't that happen to me? She first thought about the eagle and then... She yelped loudly because someone was pressing on her leg. "OW!" She whined, "That hurts!" She recognized the smell of silver. "Silver!" She meowed happily: "You're alive! I thought the dogs had killed themselves!" Silver meowed: "No...her two-legged friends came...but too Lateyou got caught by a monster ." Ivykit smelled lots of herbs and blood. Too bad. She thought. Unfortunately I didn't see this golden she-cat...

"So Ivykit, your leg should be healed," Silver meowed. Ivykit replied, "It doesn't feel like it." She had rested for 1 moon. Now she was 5 months old. 2 moons after the accident Does Frostmoon even remember me? Silver meowed: "Now do a few exercises and then we can travel further and find the clans so they can help us." Ivykit nodded. She stood up and put her weight on her leg. Thank the Moon Clan, it doesn't hurt anymore. She couldn't wait. She wore silver but that didn't bother Ivykit. She knew it would take too long otherwise. Silver said to Ivykit, "We're here!" Ivykit tore himself away from Silver and limped forward: "Not so fast, Ivykit!" Silver said, jumping next to Ivykit. Both cats looked down the cliff at Ivykit. said to himself I'm coming.
