The disastrous life of Tenma Tsukasa

Prolouge - The meaning of brith, the reason I can't die

Hello. I'm Tenma Tsukasa, just an average kid, with average grades, and average looks.
An average kid with a Sekai, that is.

Now you may be wondering what a Sekai is;
It is a world created out of just my feelings, that give me my powers. I first discovered my Sekai when I was about 7. I was left home alone because of my sister, who was in and out of the hospital as a child because she was sick.

It was a dark and stormy night (('why does this sound like the start of a horror movie..?' - Tsukasa)) and 7 year old Tsukasa was sitting on the living room couch hugging his Pegasus plushie — now he was used to being alone by now, but he was still afraid of Thunder and lighting (as any 7 year old should). He had his Mother's phone next to him as he watched some kid show about ponies and friendship on the tv. Every time a thunder struck, he tried to act brave by pretending to not be scared, but in reality he was really scared. (('HEYYY!!' - Tsukasa))

I got up and turned the tv off to go play piano. Piano helped me take my mind off of things, so I play very often. Once I got up, I started to play "twinkle twinkle little star", not knowing a certain vocaloid with teal pigtails was peaking out of his mom's phone listening in. She had a little white bow on both pigtails and a white dress. (('wow what a boring description! A star could do much better!' - Tsukasa)) She watched as Tsukasa played the piano, and wow was that good. She giggled louder than she wanted to, and Tsukasa stopped playing and looked around for the source of that sound. 'Aaaaa... I'm going to get caught! KATIO-nii won't like this... he always says to wait until he is older to reveal the existence of Tsukasa's sekai!' ".. Is anyone thereee??" I called out. I was about to look at the time on my mom's phone, but then I saw... a girl coming out of my mom's phone? With teal pigtails!

"W-wha.... WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTT!"
The girl seemed calm. "Don't worry Tsukasa-kun! Don't be afraid, I'm made out of your feelings after all!" this mysterious girl said. I calmed down for a bit, "Wait.... What do you mean you're made out of my feelings???" I asked. "Hmmm.. Well Miku-chan is made from Tsukasa-kun's dreams and thoughts!" Miku— that at least seemed to be the girl's name— jumped around in Tsukasa's mom's phone. "Wanna visit your sekaiii~??" She asked excitedly. "Wait... WHAAAA—" is all he could manage to say before he got engulfed in white light.

"—TTTTtt..?"
Tsukasa was suddenly blasted by a mirage of colors, specifically the ones that make your eyes hurt and your head ache. "Where am I..?" he asked to a very enthusiastic Miku. "Your Sekai! A world made out of only your own feelings~!" She eagerly responded. "Hu—" Before he could finish his sentence, (('Stop cutting me off! >:(' - Tsukasa)) a disappointed man with blue hair walked up to Tsukasa and Miku. "Miku. What did I tell you about bringing Tsukasa to the Sekai too early? Do you know what could happen now that he's here??" he scolded. "B-But KATIO—" Miku started, "No buts. He could literally destroy his home!" They continued arguing for awhile, until Tsukasa finally spoke. "Uhm.. am I unwelcome here..?" he watched them stop arguing with each other and turn his way with confusion. "My apologies, Tsukasa, we just got caught up in something! Welcome to your Sekai, a world you created with your dreams and feelings!" The man, KATIO, said. "Really? Cuz I don't think I like colors that make my eyes bleed..." he muttered. "Guess what! You also get psychic powers~" Miku said. "I get WHAT." Tsukasa looked more horrified then Mizuki in Mizu5 and Akito in journey to bloom combined.

"Miku... Anyways, yes you do. You get Psychic powers, and THAT is why I wanted to wait until you're older to show you. I suppose I could tell you about them now, though." KATIO lead the way to a Ferris wheel, which Miku and Tsukasa both got on. "I'll let Miku explain, since she's the one who brought it up in the first place." Miku deflated in her seat."Why meeeeee...." KATIO just side-eyed her. "Fine then. I will, since your responsibility is apparently mine too," He faced Tsukasa. "Your psychic powers include telepathy, teleportation, mind control, etc." "This is a huge responsibility, which again is why I wanted to wait until you were at least 16 years old." KATIO faced down and sighed, but once he looked back up, Tsukasa had stars in his eyes. "Woahhh! This will help improve my shows for Saki for sure! And kids at school will like me more!" "There's one more thing, Tsukasa. You must never show anyone your powers in risk of them telling the government and experimenting on you." Once again, Tsukasa looked like he got hit by train in Shoujo Rei. "G-Get experimented on!? Wait.. does that mean I can't show these powers to Saki!? Or my parents, or the kids at school??" KATIO, getting bombarded with questions from the scared 7 year old, turned his attention to Miku. 

"Miku, how about you explain that to him, hmm?" He had the most passive aggressive smile on his face as he said that, by the way. "Y-Yes sir!" Miku responded, scared out of her mind. "Aaa! Tsukasa-kun shouldn't worry, Miku-chan and KATIO-nii will protect you!" Miku puffed out her chest. "If they ever try experimenting on you, Miku will beat the ever living crap out of them!!" Suddenly, her bow started blinking, and KATIO's tie started spinning. "Ah, it seems our time is up. Tsukasa, please remember to keep your powers in check and keep smiling!" "AND WONDERHOY!!" Miku added. "Wonderhoy?" "You'll learn what that is when you're older!" "What's that supposed to meAN—" Suddenly, he once again got engulfed in white light and was brought back to the living room. It seemed the thunder and lighting had stopped, and now the atmosphere was more cozy. Tsukasa grabbed his mom's phone and checked the time. 8:00 PM!? That was way past his bedtime, at 7:00. He rushed upstairs and jumped on top of his bed to go to sleep. Well, that was a tiring day.. he thought as he drifted off to his peaceful slumber.
