We woke up in our experiment room and started talking like normal. Me, Lia and Rachel were talking while Haley was sitting in a corner looking annoyed. Then the scientists walked in...each of them were holding small syringes...
Jacob: Alright guys let's see how you guys handle being injected with some of 810's poison that drips from her eyes.
Lia looks scared and backs away into a corner. Oliver walked up to Rori first and he carefully took some of the poison that was dripping from her eyes and walked over to me with it.
Oliver: Sorry 704...!
Avery: It's ok!...
He puts the syringes needle into my arm and injects me with the poison. Nothing happens and Oliver smiles at me. Next was Haley. Jacob walked over to Rori with a smile that looked forced. He took some of the poison into the syringe and then walked to Haley.
Haley: Touch me and you're fucking dead.
Jacob: Awww cute...You think you can just threaten me...funny...
He forcefully grabs Haley's arm and injects her with the poison, she's fine for a bit then she passes out. Next was Rori herself. Lucy walked up to her, putting the poison into the syringe.
Rori: ...
Lucy whispers to Rori: Don't worry...nothing will happen to you...! It's your own poison after all...it can't hurt you...
Rori nods and smiles. Lucy gently injects Rori with the poison. Nothing happens as expected. Now it was just Lia... Just like the others, Tyler takes the poison dripping from Rori's eyes and walks up to Lia. Lia is hyperventilating and shaking.
Tyler: Come on...calm down 709.
Lia: N...No needles...! No more...!
Tyler: I'm just doing my job.
Lia points her hand towards Tyler, shooting fire from it, almost hitting Tyler.
Lia: No n-needles...!
Tyler: Come on, don't make this harder than it has to be.
I walk over to Lia and hug her.
Avery: Shhhh...calm down...it'll be ok...
Lia: N-No...can't calm d-down...!
Avery: It's gonna be ok...just let them do their job...
Lia: N-No!...
Tyler: OH, FOR FUCKS SAKE 709! JUST FUCKING LET ME DO MY JOB FOR ONCE!
Tyler walks to Lia and forcefully grabs her arm and injects her with the poison.
Lia: ...!
Tyler pushes the red button on her remote and Lia's shock collar turns on. Lia starts crying and collapses onto the floor...
Tyler: Fucking hell you're annoying...
Jacob: Well, let's get the next test ready!
Lucy: Ok...!
Oliver: ...Ok....
The scientists walk out of the room. Lia is breaking down on the floor of the corner of the room, Haley is passed out in another corner, I'm trying to comfort Lia and Rachel is in the middle of the room looking worried while looking at Lia.
Lia: N-No more needles...! No...! M-Make it stop...! It hurts...! I'm sorry...!
Avery: C-Calm down Lia...it's going to be ok...!
Lia: N-No it's not going to be ok...! We've been stuck here for years with no hope of getting out...! It hurts...! Get it off...!
Lia starts trying to pull off the collar
Avery: I know...but at least we have each other right...? And I don't think that collar is coming off anytime soon...
Lia: ...
Avery: I'm not helping...am I...?
Lia: Not really...
Rachel walks over to us and hugs Lia.
Lia: Thanks Rachel...
Rachel smiles at her which makes me feel...angry...for some reason...I start clinging to Lia's arm... The shock collar turns off a few minutes later. Lia is shaking and crying, still unable to breathe correctly from her hyperventilating.
Avery: Lia...it's gonna be ok...we'll get out of her eventually...ok...?
Lia: I doubt that...
Rachel writes in her notebook: it's gonna be ok Lia, we'll be right here with you through all of this!
Lia: Thanks...
Hearing Lia thank Rachel made me upset. Like...really upset. I growl a bit at Rachel. Rachel looks confused.
Lia: Avery...? You ok...?
Avery: Mhm! Perfectly fine...!
Lia: You sure...?
Avery: Uh-Huh...!
Lia: Ok...
Rachel looks at me clearly confused still. I walk away from them and sit down in another corner, slightly shaking with anger and jealousy and a while later Haley wakes up.
Haley: Fucking hell my head hurts...!
Avery: Good...!
Haley: Hm?
Avery: N-Nothing...!
Haley: That's what I thought.
Avery: ...Ok...
Lia: Haley, leave Avery alone...
Haley: Nah. It's funny you think I'd do that.
Avery: Lia...it's fine...!
Lia: ...
I smile at Lia and then Haley walks up to me and kicks me while Lia isn't paying attention.
Haley whispers: Don't forget who has your soul. Fucking bitch.
Avery: I-I'm sorry...! Don't hurt me...!
Haley: Whatever...
Haley walks away. I walk back over to Lia and Rachel and sit next to them. I ended up falling asleep after a while of talking, wondering what would happen tomorrow.
