all the guys including myself are gathered up in the penthouse lounge with Soryu holding on to a Chihuahua that looks slightly familiar "Isn't that Carolina's dog?" I ask "She made me take him." he answers "Pfft. Looks like you too are getting along well." remarks Eisuke, grinning wickedly "Shut up. I can't believe you pushed that pig on me." "Oh, who cares? You hate woman anyway, right?" retorts Eisuke "That's right. Eisuke totally set Soryu up." inserts Ota. "And you can't be cold to the daughter of an Italian mob boss either."
"Even Eisuke has trouble dealing with some people, though." "I wouldn't even call her a person." scowls Eisuke "Hey ..." starts Ota Suddenly, the conversation stops and all eyes turn to me and Eisuke "Grace, did you just call him 'Eisuke'?" asks Ota, looking surprised Kishi beats me to answering him. "She did." "I only just noticed it, too. Since where did you start doing that?" joins Baba "Uhh, I'm not really sure. I didn't even notice, to be honest." "You okay with her calling you by your first name?" says Soryu to Eisuke.
"Hm, that's surprises me." Says Ota. "I expected you to say 'Who gave you permission to call me by my first name!?' or something." Hearing Eisuke say that he didn't care what I called him popped an idea into my head, which he seems to notice."What're you grinning about?" "Oh no, it's nothing. Just that since you said you didn't care what I called you, I was wondering if 'entitled king' would be suffice. I mean, with your money addiction, it would suit you in more ways than one." As soon as the words leave my mouth, a scowl appears on his face and he glares daggers at me but I smile back sweetly
"Anyway, how long do you have to keep the dog for?" he says, quickly changing the subject "Who knows. She said she'd be home tonight. Maybe I'll make Inui take it." shrugs Soryu "All animals love Soryu." agrees Ota. "Now, Eisuke, on the other hand ..." "What about him?" I wonder and turn towards Eisuke who's holding out his hand to Fang "... Come." he says, without any emotion. Didn't he say he hates dogs? "Yip! Yip yip!" barks Fang as soon as Eisuke's hand moves an inch to closer to it "Grr.." he growls. "Not this one too ..." "He's not afraid of Boss, either!" pipes in Baba, cheerfully "It must be so sad to have animals hate you when you love them so much." says Ota. "Pfft." "... Shut up, Ota." Eisuke scowls
"You can't just say 'Come.' without any emotion to get it to come to you." I insert "Oh, really? And what do you know about animals?" i look at eisuke and sigh "ive never really had one apart from my horses when i got adopted but i've always loved puppies and bunnies." "Really?" asks Ota, looking surprised. "You've had a horse before?" "Yeah." "Well, what happened to it?" asks Baba "hm the horses? they are still back in Enlanged same as my older's brothers cat which i've never went near, my 2 older sisters have bunnies which live with them and my two younger brothers have 2 dogs." i smile "how many siblings do you have?" ota asks surprised "hm? oh i have five adopted siblings and an older brother..... anyways i better be going to bed now." i say bye to everyone and go upstairs to my room on the penthouse floor when i get there i see a letter on the bed adressed to me "YRRS" i look around my room confused when ava comes out of my closet "oh y/n your back!" i nod and smile. "ava what's this?" "hm? oh! i found this in the mansion it looks like an invitation!"
i sit on the bed and grab a knife opening the seal "YRRS, also known as Y/n Rosa Romley Soejima you are hearby invited to a masquerade ball as a VIP guest come to the beach near tres spades and make sure to wear your masquerade mask, say to the clerk at the door 'Wonderland.' and he'll escort you to the masquerade ball." i look at the letter and laugh "what's up yvonne?" ava asks confused "i knew they were here, ava bring out a party dress and a masquerade mask from the closet please i'll be right back." i get up and walk out the room and see eisuke in the living room "hey eisuke?" i ask standing by a sofa "hm?" "can i go out for a little while tonight i need to do some stuff." eisuke looks up at me "fine. we all have to go out anyways." i smile "thank you." i walk back into my room and get changed.
