Ellio grabbed my wrist firmly,"What do you think your doing Arelena?" His tone was cold, sending shivers down to my spine.
"Don't make me do the things I don't like." His words were like needle poking to my h...

"It's so annoying. This man is constantly changing his IP," I murmured while looking at the screen with irritation.
I had been trying to track the man's IP for the last hour, and it was getting more difficult with every passing minute. I called my friend. "Got any info?"
"I'm trying. I tried to crack the codes, but they failed at the very last moment. My data also crashed, so it'll take time now," he informed me.
"F*ck," I whispered and cut the call. I held my head and pulled my hair back while staring at the screen.
I am a famous hacker in the underground world and popular on the dark web. People fear my name and avoid my presence, but this man had the guts to not only try to stop the trading of weapons, which was supposed to happen a week ago but also steal some crucial information regarding them.
I feel so frustrated and angry at this man. The clients keep mailing me, asking about the deal. On top of that, he just attempted a cyber raid on our headquarters' computers— and even succeeded.
I am trying to find the IP and erase the data, but this man is using the software and programs that were made by me, so of course, it's getting difficult to track him down.
I took a sip of my coffee and leaned against the chair.
"This is getting out of control. Mom and Dad will be really disappointed in me if they find out about this," I whispered to myself, tension clearly visible on my face.
Suddenly, the alarm rang.
It's already 6 in the morning, and I need to get ready for school. I didn't get a minute of sleep, and now I have to go to that zoo—aka my school.
I texted Sam to handle this until the evening; then, I would look into it. I had made new software but hadn't tested it yet, and this situation was perfect for it. Hopefully, it would work.
I grabbed my towel and freshened up for the day.

Sitting in class, we were gossiping about random things when the teacher entered. Today, the students who bully me were absent, but this jerk was still present.
Ellio.
I stared at him with irritation, but then his gaze turned toward me, and our eyes collided. He smirked at my annoyed expression, and I lipsynced, "asshole," before looking back at my books.
Ever since I joined this school, my life has become dramatic—full of surprises. And, of course, those surprises are good for nothing but trouble. First, the red card. Then, this man who betrayed me and ruined my deal.
