Hello lovely lovely people! I'm back for this short time because I decided I want to continue ti be cringe. I was to write and feel joy and giggle! So to challenge myself I did a random genshin generator (I mean is it reallt rarepairs if it's not random and you just follow your heart?) and the otp prompt generator! Follow your heart dear readers, do what you love, even if people call it weird.

Fontaine, the beautiful city surrounded by water, usually such a peaceful and elegant site- was now bustling with foreigners and travelers. The known small walkways now crowded with constant pushing and shoving of people trying to get past.

This... This was the life for Xinyan! A music festival was being held at the main city of Fontaine- one which Xinyan didn't know the name of, but that wasn't important to her at the moment.

Even with the tight squeeze, trying to take nearby alleyways to find some sort of short cut; and the occasional swear word.. this was life for Xinyan. A prime example of excitement!

Which would still hold true, if it weren't for her being completely lost. The event map being randomly twisted in all directions in her hands in an attempt to make sense of it. Even if the map was simple and easy to read- it was too simple. None of it made sense, she didn't know where she was, the band she wanted so desperately to see and talk to were probably in the opposite direction- but she couldn't exactly.. which direction was it?

"Are you lost?"

A voice interjected her thoughts, a silky, smooth voice that would honestly be great for singing, at least Xinyan thought so. She turned to the holder of the sweet hum of vocal cords, her face flushing ever so slightly from embarrassment.

"Uh! Yea! You from around here?"

"I am. I live here."

"Oh! Great! Could you show me to... uh..." she squinted at the poorly designed map again. It was really a mess of squiggles meant to represent roads and a mess of words- landmarks she obviously didn't know the name of.

Before she knew it, the mysterious cat girl was already at her side, peaking over her shoulder to try to make out where she may have wanted to go. She pointed at some word Xinyan didn't understand.

"Here?"

"Oh! Yes! There! Can you take me there!!"

The cute catgirl nodded, her aura calm and nonchalant. Xinyan being near a cute girl, very chalant.

As she started to lead through the way, having to push through some people, obviously trying some sort of shortcut only to find it was full, she looked back behind her to a hopeless (in her eyes) Xinyan. She sighed, shaking her head to herself being taking her hand.

"So we don't get lost. Keep up."

"O..Oh OKay.!!!-!"

A lot of pushing and pulling, tight squeezes and the occasional glance- they finally made it! Right on time!! How wonderful it was to have a guide who was actually from the city you are lost in?

"Oh! Thank you so much.... what's your name?"

In a mix of being attracted to her and completely loss, she forgot the first rule of greetings!- asking for the others name.

"Lynette. Nice to meet you."

She pulled a teacup from no where, taking a small sip of the steaming liquid, before once again it was casted off into the void of nowhere and nothingness. Mysterious... Xinyan was into that.

"Would you... wanna stay and listen with me? This is one of my inspirations! Trust- they're really good!"

Lynette thought for a moment, tilting her head as she glanced back and forth between Xinyan and the stage that was being set up.

"Sure," she hummed "you're a musician? You should tell me about that."

She let off a small smile at her, taking her to a near by seat which would probably have a good view, just for until the band started.

And their hands were stayed intertwined, I mean, why stop when the other is so obviously comfortable, right? It's practical.
