While saira move inside to only be greeted by lost affan he was lying in the hospital bed his eyes where facing the ceiling while he was lying as if a dead corpse making saira worried she moves towards him and touches his hand whispering
"Aap thik hai na"in her sweet melodious voice making him snap out of his thoughts he looks at the owner of the beautiful voice who even has a beautiful smile making his heart pounds at uneven rate when she gives him a beautiful smile making his heart flutter with butterflies
"Hello?"she shakes her hand snapping him back while her black anarkali was fully drenched.
"Huh?"he says when she says
"Aap thik hai na?"she asks when he just nods making her frown
"Aap baat kar sakte hai na?"she asks when he immediately says
"Haa "making her smile.
"Aap ab bilkul thik hai mr.ajnabi so don't worry bus aapko bed rest ki zarurat hai and aapko diet ka khyaal rakhna hoga"she says when he just nods while she says
"Me.ajnabi aapne apna naam nahi bola ?"she says making him smile at his nickname.
"Affan hai naam humara"he says when she whispers the name smiling her heart flutters with unknown feelings.
"Toh mr.affan aap kisi relative ka number dein mai unko inform karti hu "she says making his past memories hit him like a wave making him sweat when she holds his hand and says
"Mr.affan , affan yaha dekhe calm down , calm down"she says rubbing his hand while he calms down and hugs her making her shock while he snuggles to seek warmth from her.
He immediately realises what he was doing and releases her when he says
"Mera koi relative nahi hai aap mere friend aryan ko call kar dijiye "he says when she frowns.

"Affan koi problem hai aapko?"she asks softly where as his tears where not stopping at this rate.
"I don't know mai jaise darbadar hua shayad hi aise log hue honge"he says while wiping his tears when she says
"Affan please roye nahi na"she says , she doesn't a diffrent feeling she is getting from affan a Loveable affaction was oozing out of him.
Meanwhile sahil and Sameer enter the room when they got to know about the situation while saira's father jamshed ahmed also got to know .
"Toh beta ek min aap nawab grps ke hone wali malik the na"Jamshed said immediately identifying him when he says

"Jo hua so hua beta lekin ab tumhe laut ke Jana hoga na "he says when affan replies
"Aap pareshan na hue uncle I will manage and ms saira thanks for ur help agar aap nahi hoti toh maybe I would have been alive today"he says when she just smiles
While Dania ahmed saira's mother says
"Bate tum apna business shuru kar rahe ho na "when he nods.
"Tum aaryan ke dost ho na beta"she asks when he nods but frowns how she knows this much

"Chup , aunty nahi tum mujhe ammi hi bulao jaanti hu tumhare saath kya hua , hafsha meri bhi dost hai but tum yein sochkar mere ghar na raho but please beta humare yaha raho mere khatir"she says making him nod after so many times she requested.
