Well today is a special day. This will be my first time I have EVER swam. My grandmother is bringing me to a lake nearby for a couple hours. I'm kind of nervous because what if something bad happens? Like if I drown? Or I turn into a mermaid? No that can't happen! Mermaids aren't real! THAT WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS HAPPEN! Anyway,my grandmother seems a little bit uncomfortable to bring me too the lake today. I don't know why because I think it is going to be fine. She probably thinks I am going to drown or something! Crazy grandparents! I got some information from my grandmother,she said it was in Devens and it is called Mirror Lake. "Grandma it is time to go!" "What a minute honey" "Grandma you have been saying a minute for 2 hours now!It is already 2:00!" "Fine get in the car!" Yes,finally we are leaving!
