• Slipped over in his bathroom because Draco peed on the floor "accidentally"

• You were on your period, and he didn't know, so he thought you murdered your enemy because there was blood all over the bathroom floor

• Looked at Draco through a window and said "Wow I'm hideous." pretending he was looking in a mirror

• Ran into a glass door

• A fly flew into his mouth when he was talking he was mad for ages because no one would take him seriously

• When he was duelling, he turned his opponent into a spider (he's secretly scared of them) and fell over backwards off the platform

• You tricked him into thinking he had eaten his own pillow

Tom Riddle

• hired two private investigators and got them to follow each other because he was bored

• when you took him to the muggle world, he stole a car and blasted "eye of the tiger" whilst chasing after joggers/runners

• came in late for class, and Snape asked why. He said his rock had had a seizure
