The sounds of snow crushing underneath someone's foot.
The sounds of panting as they run.
They can hear little, yet sadistic giggles echoing through the frosty forest.
As soon as they think they're safe, they hide behind a tree, and their black eyes open.
"...I didn't mean for this to happen.."
They mutters, but then, feel something drop on their shoulder from above, then a book falls in front of them.
Their eyes filled with panic as they look at their shoulder..
A black liquid of some sort, with the texture of blood.
They slowly look up.
"A-are there at least pictures..?"
The symbol, they once praised, slowly climbing down from the tree, her wings spread, her eyes, all black, with her usual pupils being a symbol they once knew as their Lord, the thing they threw their life away to worship.
"There aren't.."
...
"I checked."
All they saw was a flash of yellow, before...
Black.
She tore their carcass open, and started feasting on the flesh, and organs, before throwing it back up.
A small giggle escapes her mouth, and she looks behind her, at the leader.
"Worship my power, and I don't hurt you?"
In a yellow flash, she's gone, and instead, behind them. Her tail, stabs their back, comps on their heart, and rips it out.
"Bad job."

In a cold sweat, Cynthia opens her eyes, and sits up, quickly. Panting, she looks at her hands, then in the mirror, suddenly realizing that it's her first day back to UA.
"What the hell.."
She mutters and grabs her phone, checking a notification. It was an unread message on her phone... From Kirishima.
A light smile appears on her lips, as she reads it.
