Artemis pov
I sit on my head and put my head in my hands. Why? I have to be reaped along with my boyfriend. I'm not sure if I love him but I know I like him. He's not the best looking or the smartest. He doesn't stand out but I like him. Now I'm forced to kill him. Brilliant (note the sarcasm). I see a tall and lean figure tower over me. "What", I snap. I see him smirk down. Well if it isn't Gaius, the Capitol darling and victor of last years games. "I'm your mentor" he says his smirk getting bigger. My father as the mayor of District 2 has had him over at least 10 times for dinner in the last 6 months. I know him quite well and he annoys me. I try to get up but he holds me down. "Not so fast, we need to talk about training" I nod. "What weapon do you use? " He asks. "Chakram and Spear" I answer.  He doesn't say anything for a minute or two. "He looks at me and I know he'll say something bad. "To get sponsors" he says, ever so slowly "We pretend to go out" I think about it and am just about to say no when I remember how famous he is. "Yes" I say. I stand up and walk away leaving him satisfied and me thinking "What have I got myself into".
