After you and Kenichi cut your mall visit short you couldn't wait to returned to the agency. The atmosphere in the vehicle was filled with tension. Kenichi was visibly shaken and both of you thought it might be someone or the minions of Tokyo that came after you. Your nerves was frayed as you sat there stoicaly.

Kenichi whispering tone," Kira do you think it's them?"

His eyes looks frantic, you inhaled deeply as you just shook your head," Ken, I really don't know. They know where we work. Omg! Do you think they followed even stalked us these couple of days..."

Fear gripped your heart as you quickly grab your phone out of your handbag and text your soulmates number.

You: Hi baby! On my way back. Something suspicious happened to us.

After a while you saw your soulmate texting back.

Hobibear: Darling what happened?

You told him what happened an hour ago about a car that followed your vehicle and how your new driver, Mr Shio tried to dodged them. It felt too dreadful and suspicious to let it slide.

Hobibear: Is the vehicle in your vicinity now?

You: No. I'm a bit scared. I don't even want to entertain the fact that it might be the gang from Tokyo. It might be too farfetched or maybe I'm just paranoid.

Hobibear: You can never be too paranoid. Just be alert when you enter the agency. I'm going to inform our management.

You: Okay. I hope it's not major but I have a gut feeling.

Hobibear: I'll protect you baby. Just be safe. I love you and I won't let anything happen to you.

....

When you and Kenichi finally arrived at the agency, the tension in the air remained palpable. You quickly greeted your friend Naledi at reception, then you and Kenichi rushed towards the elevators.

You instructed Kenichi not to inform anyone about what had happened, except for your parents, who were still visiting the Jungs. They were enjoying a few days in Busan at the beach with Hobi’s parents, and you didn’t want to spoil their vacation.

Kenichi got off at the third floor, where the dance studios were located. You, meanwhile, took the private elevator to the fourth floor—Bangtan’s quarters. The hallway was empty as you knocked on the door to Hobi’s Hopeworld office. He opened it immediately, pulling you into his arms for a tight embrace, soothing your racing heart.

In the quiet of his office, you spoke to Hobi, your voice trembling as you recounted the harrowing events of the day. Hobi listened intently, his hand resting lightly on yours for reassurance as he led you to sit beside him on the black leather sofa.

Baby, I know my instincts. I had the same feeling when Ken and I visited the orphanage. I could swear we were being followed. When we stopped at the entrance to the police station, the car drove past us—dark windows and everything,” you murmured, glancing nervously around. “Kenichi saw the same car behind us more than once, even when our driver made several turns to lose them.”

Hobi’s jaw tightened. He knew you were afraid—still shaken from the escape from the Tokyo gang and the near encounter with the sasaeng. What you didn’t know was that the girl you’d met at the airport had been one of his obsessed fans.

Hobi had already alerted security and informed management of your fears. They couldn’t afford to take any chances. You were his heart, and he would protect you with everything he had. Fortunately, Sejin had assured him that an investigation was already underway and that security had been significantly increased.
