As morning dawned, the sun ascended, casting its warm rays upon the earth, and gently drying the dew-kissed leaves. The sunlight streaming through the room coaxed Jungkook awake, eliciting a soft whimper from his lips. He rubbed his eyes, slowly opening them to gaze out at the world, which, despite its beauty, seemed to be at odds with the darkness that shrouded his mind. His hands wandered aimlessly, and with a deep sigh, he became aware of Tae's absence. Jungkook's eyes fluttered closed once more, and with a quiet hiss of pain, he sat up in bed, his lower body aching.

He slowly moved his neck from left to right, then removed the blanket from his naked body and headed to the washroom. After taking a long, soothing bath, he emerged and dressed in a suit, before leaving his room with his luggage in hand. As he exited, he noticed Jimin standing in the hallway, engaged in a conversation with Jin, whose face wore a somber expression. Jin's gaze met Kookie's, and he immediately walked over to the younger boy, enveloping him in a warm hug.

"Take care, I know if your dad finds out you're here, it will create so many problems... I don't want to make any trouble in anyone's life, that's why I told you to leave... Forgive your hyung, bunny..." Jin said with a guilty face, while Jungkook shook his head, his eyes welling up with tears.

"I understand, hyung, please don't feel guilty, I know you're only doing what's best to avoid any problems, and I respect your decision. I also don't want to be the cause of another fight between dad and hyungiee, so it's probably for the best that I leave soon."

"What will you say to Mr. Jeon if he asks about your whereabouts?"

"Don't worry, that old man can't lecture me for more than five minutes, and I know exactly how to shut him up," Jungkook said with a proud smirk, prompting Jin to chuckle and gently caress his hair. "I'm leaving, hyung. I'll meet Jun at school and call hyungiee later. Chimmy, let's go..."

Jimin nodded, collecting Jungkook's luggage and placing it in the car. He then slid into the driver's seat, while Jungkook settled into the passenger seat. As the car vanished from Jin's sight, he stood there, his eyes fixed on the disappearing vehicle, his heart heavy with a mix of sadness and concern.

Jungkook sat at his chair, his frustration increaseing as he gazed out at the mounting pile of pending work. Despite his best efforts, it seemed no one else was willing to lift a finger to help, not even his father or sister, who appeared utterly disinterested in the company's affairs. The weight of responsibility rested heavily on his shoulders, as he alone was tasked with elevating the company to the second position, a daunting challenge considering his humble beginnings as a mere employee. His expression was a mask of blankness as he reviewed the documents before him, when suddenly, the door swung open without warning, shattering the silence and testing his already frayed patience.

"Who the hell dares to enter without my permission?" Jungkook’s voice thundered through the room, his frustration boiling over. However, as his gaze fell upon the person standing before him, his expression froze, his face becoming a mask of calmness. His eyes, once blazing with anger, transformed into empty, soulless orbs, as he regarded the individual with a detached, almost lifeless stare.

"Oops, I didn't know I needed permission to enter my own company, without the permission of the CEO, " The man said with a hint of sarcasm, settling into the seat across from Jungkook. Jungkook's gaze remained icy, his expression unyielding, as he watched his father and sister enter the room, followed by Jimin. His father, with a smirk on his face, chimed in, "Ah, Appa, should I have asked for permission to enter the CEO's cabin?"

"Of course, No Eunwoo, it was your company, and no one has the right to raise their voice against you, not even the CEO," Jeon said, his words dripping with condescension, as Eunwoo and Yuna exchanged a smug glance. Jeon settled into the chair, a picture of nonchalance, while Jungkook's gaze remained fixed on them, his eyes a blank, emotionless.
