In the bedroom, Amelia nestled under the soft covers. "I'll sleep now, Edward. You can go ahead and finish your work," she said softly, her voice tinged with tiredness.

Instead of leaving, Edward closed the lights startling Amelia, slipped into bed beside her, pulling her gently into his arms Amelia grabbed him as well feeling his warmth for comfort "Hmm, later" he murmured resting his chin lightly on her head. "First, tell me, where do you want to go?"

Amelia tilted her head up to look at him, confusion flickering in her eyes. "Go where?"

"For our honeymoon, sweetheart," Edward said, a teasing smile on his lips.

Her eyes widened in surprise. "Honeymoon? All of a sudden?"

Edward chuckled, brushing a strand of hair away from her face. "We're already late for our honeymoon, dear. Besides, these past two days, I haven't been able to make time for you. I need to make it up to my beautiful wife."

Amelia smiled softly, shaking her head. "It's okay. I know you've been busy with work."

"Thanks for understanding, wifey," he said, his voice warm with gratitude. "But now it's my turn to prioritize you So, tell me, do you have any place in mind where you'd like to go?"

Amelia thought for a moment but couldn't settle on a specific place. "Anywhere you'd like to go," she said with a small shrug.

Edward grinned, his tone playful. "I'll go anywhere, as long as it's with you."

She smiled, her cheeks warming, but she still couldn't decide. "Mountains or the sea?" he asked, trying to help her choose.

"Both are beautiful," she replied, her indecision evident.

"Alright," he said as he have decided "Day after tomorrow, we're leaving."

"Day after tomorrow?" she repeated, surprised by how quickly he had made up his mind.

"Yes," he confirmed, leaning in to press a tender kiss to her cheek and then on her forehead.

(Day after tomorrow)

It was a crisp morning, the golden sunlight filtering through the trees surrounding the Davies mansion. Sophia and Emmanuel stood by the grand entrance, smiling warmly as Edward and Amelia prepared to leave. Aunty Maria, with her usual nurturing demeanor, handed Amelia a small bag of snacks for the trip.

"Take care of her, Edward," Sophia said, her voice affectionate but firm.

"Of course, Mom," Edward replied confidently, glancing at Amelia, who gave a shy smile, still getting used to this level of attention.

As they stepped into the car, Edward opened the passenger door for Amelia before walking around to the driver's seat. Amelia settled into her seat, her hands fidgeting slightly in her lap.

The car engine purred to life, and they began their journey. Amelia's phone buzzed, and she opened her group chat with Bella, Henry, and Peter. The teasing started almost immediately.

Bella: "First honeymoon, huh? Mrs. Davies, you better make it memorable!"

Henry: "I'm picturing Edward carrying you to the plane like a princess!"

Peter: "Or feeding you strawberries mid-flight. Classic romantic husband vibes."

Amelia's cheeks turned a deep shade of red as she read the messages, biting her lip to suppress a giggle. Edward noticed her flustered expression and smirked.
