Diwali makes everything bright and beautiful, doesn't it? The entire Raichand family was glowing with that same radiance, but why? Because their beloved son, after almost whole month away in New York, was finally coming home. And what's more, he was returning on Diwali, the festival of lights.

"Bhaiya, I told you to put the roses here, didn't I? he loves them so much. Why does no one ever listen to me?" Maansi said, rushing around, trying to get everything perfect as the house filled with the festive spirit.

"Aur haan, yeh yellow lights yahan lagana," Maansi said, moving towards the garden area with purpose.

"Arey, abhi tak aapka kaam nahi hua? Jaldi kariye baba!" she added, her exhaustion evident in her tone.

"Kya hota hai, pata nahi mere bina is ghar ka," she muttered to herself.

"Aur mera bhi," Abhimaan interrupted, grabbing her wrist gently.

She blushed, turning to face him.

"Yeh to hai," she replied, pouting slightly.

"Bete ke aage, aap hamesha humhe bhul jaati ho," he complained, adjusting her bindi with a tender smile.

"Acha ji, kab bhule hum aapko?" Maansi began to retort, but paused, her expression shifting as a thought struck her.

"Bhule se yaad aaya—Vaani aur uski family ko bulaya tha aapne airport pe? Nirvaan ke welcome ke liye?  kal raat bola tha maine aapse," she asked, narrowing her eyes in suspicion.

"Oh no!" Abhimaan gulped nervously.

"Aap na, aise hi ho. Kitna khush hoga aapko pata hai na agar vo hogi to? Kabhi jo aap kuch na bhule," she scolded, pushing him lightly away as her frustration melted into a teasing tone.

"Arey, sune to, abhi keh deta na," Abhimaan said, following her with a sheepish grin.

"Jo marzi, vo kijiye," Maansi replied, shaking her head as she walked toward the temple in the garden, trying to hide her smile.

Bade Papa," Ruhaan called from behind, interrupting their conversation.

"Hah, Ruhii, bol," Abhimaan replied, turning toward him.

"Papa, yaar, Ruhii na bulaya karo," Ruhaan complained, pouting playfully, making Abhimaan chuckle.

"Acha, suno, ek important baat hai. Iss se pehle main bhool jaaun."
