Headcanon:
1: Dandy is a twisted creature
2: he's 10 years old and he has fangs
3: he acts friendly to distract himself from his fears
4: he has a huge fear of being neglected or ignored, he fears if any toon knows about his true personality or true self
5: he likes to mess and annoy the other toons with his childish and chaotic personality
6: he is aware of his actions and knows what he's doing
7: he's the source of the ichor, as something happened to him which made him the only twisted toon among everyone but In secret, if someone gets to be infected by him then they'll turn to a twisted too
