The soft clinking of ceramic cups echoed through the quiet apartment as the last remnants of the morning unfolded. Sunlight spilled into the living room, reflecting faintly off the surface of an unassuming mirror propped up near the corner. Lilia’s gaze lingered on the mirror longer than usual, his sharp crimson eyes narrowing as a strange sense of familiarity settled over him.

“Lilia? What’s wrong?” Silver’s voice was soft but filled with concern. His father figure, usually so whimsical, was now unnervingly serious.

Lilia didn’t answer immediately. Instead, he hopped closer to the mirror, his small, delicate paws hardly making a sound on the wooden floor. The mirror had been in plain sight since they arrived, but something about it felt different now. There was a faint shimmer to the surface, almost imperceptible, like ripples on still water.

“Come closer.” Lilia said, his voice low but commanding. Silver, Sebek, and Malleus gathered around him, their furry forms forming a quiet semicircle.

“What is it?” Sebek asked, his tone laced with skepticism. He had little patience for distractions, especially with their current predicament unresolved.

Lilia tilted his head, his gaze unwavering. “Do you see that?” He gestured subtly with his paw, directing their attention to the glass.

At first, it appeared ordinary. Just a mirror reflecting their current forms—fluffy rabbits huddled together. But then, as the light shifted, the reflection shimmered. In an instant, their images were replaced by something entirely different, but overly familiar.

It was them. Not as rabbits, but as their true selves. Malleus stood tall, his horns casting an imposing shadow; Silver’s calm demeanor and well-kept appearance were unmistakable; Sebek’s determined gaze burned brightly, and Lilia himself appeared youthful yet enigmatic, a smile playing on his lips.
