Hao's screams shattered the oppressive silence, reverberating off the sterile walls like the cries of a trapped animal. He writhed against the cold, unyielding grip of the handcuffs pinning him to the metal bed. The cuffs bit into his wrists, their cruel embrace a vice that left no room for hope. His legs were splayed, bound to opposite corners of the bed, robbing him of even the smallest movement, leaving him thrashing futilely, desperate to break free.
Pain lanced through his body with every struggle, his wrists raw and bruised from the unrelenting steel. Tears spilled down his face, hot rivers of anguish carving paths through the grime on his cheeks. His heart pounded with a frenzied rhythm, as though trying to escape his chest, and his voice rose in broken cries, a desperate plea against the suffocating silence.
"Let me go!" His voice cracked, the sound splintering like glass. His legs trembled violently, the tremors a mirror of the storm raging inside him. Panic clawed at his throat, a feral beast tearing away his strength and leaving only a hollow, shivering shell.
His hair was a wild tangle, as disheveled as his torn clothes. "I want to go home! Dad! Where are you? Dad!" he screamed, his voice raw with despair. But the room offered no reply-only a cold, empty indifference. He was utterly alone, tied down like some savage creature, and his frantic struggles only seemed to affirm the role they'd forced upon him. Who could blame him for acting like a caged animal when he had been treated like one?
The sharp sound of a door creaking open broke through his cries. His head snapped to the side, hope flickering briefly before it was smothered by dread.
Julson stood in the doorway, his expression as flat and unfeeling as a stone slab. In his gloved hand, he held a syringe, its contents glinting ominously under the harsh overhead light. "Are you done screaming?" he asked, his tone devoid of patience.
Hao glared at him, defiance flickering in his tear-streaked face. "Go away, i hate you! I want to go home! I want to see my father.." he spat, his voice trembling with a mixture of rage and despair. His struggles intensified, though every movement only drained him further.
Julson sighed, a sound heavy with condescension, and approached the small table beside the bed. He began preparing the syringe with practiced precision. "Your father would be terrified to see you like this," he said coldly, his words slicing through Hao like a blade. "You're nothing more than a rabid dog-screaming, thrashing, making a spectacle of yourself. Do you think this behavior is amusing? Pathetic."
Hao's chest heaved, his breaths coming in shallow gasps as Julson's words burrowed deep into his mind. "My father would never be scared of me," he shot back, his voice breaking.
Julson chuckled darkly. "Are you sure about that?" His eyebrow arched, and he stepped closer, syringe in hand. The cruel glint in his eyes was enough to send a fresh wave of terror coursing through Hao.
"You're making my job look impossible, you little shit," Julson snarled, pulling on a pair of gloves. "Do you have any idea how hard it is to fix someone as broken as you? You're a disaster, and I'm the one stuck cleaning up the mess."
Julson's hair were falling into his dark eyes as he leaned closer to Hao's body. "Other doctors thinks im useless just because of you being so fucking weird and unteachable,"
Hao's eyes widened, his entire body recoiling as Julson pressed the needle against his arm. "No!" he screamed, his voice cracking under the weight of his fear. He thrashed wildly, but Julson's grip was iron, unyielding. The syringe plunged into his vein, and a cold wave spread through Hao's body as the sedative coursed through him.
"This should shut you up," Julson muttered, pulling the needle away and tossing it onto the table. Hao gasped for air, his hands clawing weakly at the restraints as his limbs grew heavier with each passing second. The drug was relentless, stealing his strength and dragging him into an abyss he couldn't fight.
