The sun was shining bright in the sky above the campus. Almost everybody was outside chilling by the clock tower and all over the yard. Some students had blankets on the grass while others sat on the brick wall and on benches. It was a real chill day, especially since it was Friday and the turn up was real. The neighborhood block party started that night and since it was so close to campus, all the students joined in and made the night hype. There were also a few kiosks selling T-shirts to promote the weekend that was about to pop off.

At the moment that all the commotion was going on outside, Inside one of the halls there was a test going on. Time was almost up for the students as each of them stayed focused on their papers. Renae was one of those students. She is a Psychology major and the test she was taking was simply a math exam. It wasn't really needed for her category of major but every test she took, she did her absolute best. Within 5 minutes the professor's timer went off and the students stop their test to turn it in.

Renae walked out after turning in her test and was making her way out of the building. Her best friend Rima spotted her down the hall and rushed to her.

RI: Hey girlie! How you doin?

R: Haha Im good girl just got through with that test. 

RI: Oh how did that go?

R: Uh it was pretty tough but im sure I at least got a B.

RI: Alright! Now you aint got nothing to worry bout this weekend when we-

LK: When we TURN UP! HEEEY!

All: HEEEEY! LOL!

All three girls walked out the front doors of the building and went straight to the clock tower. It was a large crowd beginning to form. They could tell from the loud presence of male voices that some of the fraternities were getting they pledge on! Omega Psi Phi was up first and the ladies were going crazy and guys cheered on their homeboys. This was the best part to Renae about attending a HBCU (Historical Black College/University). There was such a family bond that went with it. All these black kids doing what they need to do to get an education and being happy and becoming one. She gripped onto the hands of her friends Rima and La'Keisha. She loved this feeling. 

Paris, France 5:08am.

Larry was sound asleep in his bed comfortable on his stomach with hands tucked under his head. Suddenly a pillow was tossed to his back making him stir. He made some groans and rolled over onto his back and rubbed his eyes to focus his vision. In front of him was a tall slim girl who was pulling up her pants she wore the night before.

L: Mmm you look even better the next day...why you leave so fast?

G: I told you I have to work and I gotta meet my girls later. I'll see you later Monsieur.

She blew Larry a kiss and walked out of his hotel room. He sat up on his elbows and looked at the alarm clock on the dresser. "5 in the morning? Damn." he said before flopping back down on his pillow.

Hours later he gotten him self together and snuck out the hotel without the receptionist knowing. He had to sleep in a hotel last night because his twin wouldn't tolerate him bringing a girl home with his wife there. Laurent was focused on trying to be a family man since he found out his girlfriend was pregnant. He wants to be around more and work things out with her. On the other hand Larry is a man hoe who consistently gets himself in trouble and is irresponsible. Since he had no money at the time to pay for the room last night, he flirted with the receptionist and convinced her to let him pay the next morning. Which of course, he didn't.
