Breaking: KQ Entertainment releases new song of new girlgroup ECHO

On January 08 at 6pm KST KQ Entertainment released a sudden new song without any promotion or mention beforehand. Additionally, an Instagram, YouTube and TikTok Account with the name "ECHO" was created.
Looking at the new music video, fans and netizens voiced excitement as the four members of the new girl group "ECHO" are the former members of AETHER. AETHER was a girlgroup under HYBE Labels and KQ Entertainment for 7 years. Their contract broke last year and all girls of KQ Entertainment have decided to leave HYBE, thus resulting in AETHER to disband as HYBE did not want to continue to share AETHER's name with KQ Entertainment.
The song "supernova" shows an interesting concept and KQ Entertainment released an official statement:
"Hello, this is KQ Entertainment,
we thank you all for coming here today and looking at our new girlgroup ECHO with interest. ECHO is composed of the four members Yeonjin, Haseun, Eunice Moon and Sol. The four members were previously part of the worldwide sensation aether and we hope, you look forward to their new path as ECHO our under care."
Additionally, the Entertainment announced the group to debut with their first full-length album on January 15, 2024 - exactly in a week. The pre-orders are starting January 09 at 12am KST.
