I apologize in advance for saying the word out law so many times. Please forgive me!

The hot Texas sun blazed, while a meager dry wind began its slow dance across barren land. Off in the distance atop a painted stallion sat an outlaw, with fierce blue eyes the outlaw glared across the open plain, plotting the next victory. A stage coach was to be heading out of Tumbleweed any moment now.
The stallions ears perked at the sound of an old wagon wheel grinding against the rough terrain, once the stallion saw it he began to toss his mighty head sensing his masters excitement.
Once the wagon had reached the point of being out of hearing and sight distance from the town, the outlaw and stallion took off like a shot from a cannon in its direction. The people inside the little stage would never know what happened. One of the drivers had spotted them but by then it was too late, the outlaw had the stage stopped and all the money, provisions, and useful things in the saddle bags that rested on the mighty stallions back.
The citizens from the town were shell shocked at the fact that none were harmed during the robbery. As they watched the outlaw race for the hills.

As the sun was sinking down in the sky the outlaw headed into a town forty miles away. A small hide-away town as it was the town that always gave sanctuary to those who wanted it. As the outlaw walked into the bar and greeted the bartender, a young boy came running from one of the alleyways a rabbits leap away, seeing the painted stallion tied to the post outside of one of the saloons he gathered his wits and carefully untied the beast and swung atop its back. In a split second he spun the horse around and took off out of the town.
The outlaw heard the horse's neigh and spun around. Quick as a rabbit the outlaw ran outside and jumped on another horses back and ran after the stallion.
The boy turned to look behind him, seeing the outlaw racing up to him, the stallions ears swiveled as he heard his master call his name. The paint slowed his pace and came to a halt, frantically the boy kicked the horse and tried to get him to go but the stallion would not budge. The outlaw came up behind them quickly, stopping her horse and dropping the reigns.
"I'm sorry! Really I am!" I boy managed to squeak out. He jumped down from the horse and stared at the outlaw who jumped from the horse's back.
The outlaw took off the bandanna that covered her face and glared at the boy.
"Now where do you think you were gonna go? Hm, boy? You thought you was gonna take my horse and hightail it outta town with out me knowing?" She clenched her teeth and stared him down.
The boy looked at his dusty boots shamed that he was caught, "I apologize ma'am" he turned red at that. "Wait a minute! Your a woman!"
The outlaw quickly grabbed the boy by his collar and got in his face, "you think because I'm a woman I have to be a lady? Well I ain't," she released him and looked at the horse she had ridden, "Now you get up and I'll escort you back," when the boy hesitated she barked, "Now!"
He scrambled up on the bay's back and looked over at the woman, she swung up on the paints back expertly and kicked him up to a canter.
"When we get back you take me to your folks place you hear it boy?"
"Yes ma'am"
They then rode in silence till they reached the town where the boy took lead as they slowly trotted into town towards his parents home.
When they reached the small cottage the outlaw and the boy jumped from their horses and tied them to the hitch. The outlaw quickly scaled the porch and knocked on the door, a few moments later a small pudgy man answered.
"Howdy miss, what can I do for you?" He asked politely seeing his son standing off to the side.
"I think I have something of yours sir," the outlaw answered.
"Yes ma'am you do," he glared at the boy as the kid walked in the door flinching away from the slightly smaller man.
Seeing the distrust between the man and boy the outlaw thought quickly, her mind churning.
"Sir may I talk to you?" She asked.
"Um... Sure, yeah.. Would you like to come in for some coffee?" He asked unsettled.
"Yes please," the woman removed her hat as she walked in the door and followed the man into a small kitchen.
"I must ask how old is this boy of yours?" She asked.
"Tyler here is about 15," he muttered.
"I see, so does he disaster often?"
"On the occasion, he always comes back though," the man said quickly.
"Thank you, I best get going before it gets too late." The woman stood and walked towards the door.
She headed back towards the saloon and inn with both the bay and her paint in tow. She was gonna get the answers she wanted she just had to figure out how with out tipping the pudgy man off.
