Euphoria- Park Jong-Seong

CH:12

"How can you eat so much?" Heeseung asked.

"YAH! DONT SCARE MY FOOD!" Anushka blurred out, her mouth full with different kinds of food, and her plate filled too. 

All the 13 contestants were at the living room eating as there were many new food and everyone was hungry a lot. Anushka, as she is, has filled up her plate and started to eat in a corner silently. 

"I'm not" He chuckled at her, wiping the chocolate off from her side of the lips. 

Anushka's movements stopped, her mouth filled, but not chewing as she turned to look at Heeseung slowly. Hesseung avoided her gaze while biting his lips, he cleared his throat and started to eat his own food. 

Anushka looked away too, the awkwardness filling the air but soon got shifted as Sunghoon came with his food and sat down beside her, with now she was sitting in between the boys. 

Sunghoon paused, looking at Anushka's plate and then at her and snorted. She glared at him, continuing to eat. Heeseung walked over to get more food and was called by others at the dining table so he sat there. 

Anushka and Sunghoon made conversation here and there and as they did, Sunoo along side with Jaebeom sat beside her. She smiled at the boys and they ate in silence, she could see from the side of her eyes that Sunoo was looking around at the others who were at the dining table, mainly they were the popular ones in I-LAND. 

"They look like insiders." Jaebeom chuckled. 

"Who?" Sunoo asked.

"Over there. Ej is really social" Jaeboem said glancing back again. 

"You know I'm really shy." Sunoo said. 

"You don't seem like that at all" Jaebeom chuckled, making Sunoo laugh. Anushka bit a smile at this in her food. 

"N-noona-ah- Su-Sunghoon hyung" Sunoo said shyly. 

Anushka looked over and chuckled at his cuteness. "Cute" She patted his back and walked out of there as she was finished to wash her dishes. As she got there she could hear Sunoo squealing silently saying "She called me cute!" 

She was done with her, getting to drink water as she teased Sunghoon who was washing his dishes when Taeyong called him. 

"Are you close with Jake hyung?"

"Yeah" Sunghoon replied. Anushka smiled. 

"You guys are close already?" Sunoo asked. 

"Jake is cute" 

"I'm more cuter than him." Sunoo said sassily. 

Anushka choked on her water and laughed afterwards along side with Taeyong, Sunghoon and Sunoo. 

"But-wait, Jake is more...like-he looks like a monkey" Anushka said. 

"OH?" They looked at her wide eyes. 

"Aye, I can call him whatever I want to, he is my bestfriend." The girl rolled her eyes. 

"Ah of course" Sunghoon chuckled.

"I just wanted to get close to you hyung" Sunoo said. 

Anushka nudged Sunghoon teasingly, he just chuckled. 

Later, the group dispersed, walking and joking around as they headed back to their rooms. Sunoo mimicked Anushka's earlier dramatic choking moment, earning laughter from everyone. Sunghoon threw a light-hearted jab about her appetite, and Jaebeom added sarcastic commentary that had the group in stitches.

Once back in her room, Anushka flopped face-first onto her bed with a dramatic groan. "This is so boring," she muttered into her pillow.

After a moment of staring at the ceiling, she jumped up and sprinted out of the room. Spotting Taki in the hallway, she charged toward him.
