Two fingers within her vagina instead of the impressive seven-inch thickness of her husband was not what Ericka needed to truly feel like a woman tonight. But it was all she had to work with.
The vampire council had called him away for a week from the hotel to deal with some business. What it was, they did not specify, but Dracula suspected that it had to do with his marriage to Ericka. They must have found it interesting that not only did he marry a human, but that the said human was a Van Helsing, related to the infamous monster-hunter that had been a key player in the persecution of vampire-kind for generations. She didn't know much about the council, but from what Drac had told her they were a set of strict elders who oversaw various monster-related matters, and would not hesitate to hang him by the eyelids if he failed to show up. Not wishing for her husband to endure such a cruel punishment cast upon him, she agreed that it would be best for him to go for the allotted time. She had tried to mentally prepare herself for the day, but when it came she still refused for him to leave. The previous night's lovemaking had been nothing short of heavenly, and she wanted to stay with him in their skin to skin cuddle. But the dream-like feeling had vanished when he'd awakened the next morning and bid her goodbye.
"I'll be back soon, my sweet tarantula cake. I promise." He kissed her then, and she gripped onto him as she poured every ounce of passion into that kiss. Perhaps he would change his mind, realize that he should remain with her under the sheets and show her his love again. But after a moment she could feel his reluctant pull away from her. He could see the pouty look on her face as he caressed her cheek and peered at her apologetically. "I'm sorry," he said. "I will be back soon. It's only a week. And if they want to extend it any further, I'll have a few choice words for them. " He pressed another kiss to her lips, chaste and brief, before tossing the sheets off of himself and redressing. She watched him glumly as he gave her a final parting kiss and then shapeshifted into a bat to leave. That was only the previous night, and she was craving his touch as she lay in bed that evening trying to get some sleep. It should have been something she would be fine with, as she had not had a bedmate for the first 35 years of her life. But now that Drac had come into her life, she had grown accustomed to the cuddling and overall comfort of his body pressed with hers. She turned herself over again, burying her nose in the bedsheets and inhaling the familiar scent of him. It was so comforting and warm, a masculine smell that felt so safe. Tears pricked at her eyes and she wiped them away with frustration. It was silly to break down and cry over something as simple as her lover being away. And it was only the first night of his departure! If she couldn't handle that, she couldn't imagine how the remainder of the nights would be until his return.
A part of her had to wonder how he was fairing without her. Maybe he was doing just fine. After all, he had been without a bedmate for more than twice her lifespan. It certainly wasn't anything new to him. But maybe, he wasn't fine. Maybe he felt just the way she did, craving to feel her touch, aching to hear her soft moans and gasps of pleasure as they made love...
She tossed and turned, unable to keep her thoughts off her beloved partner and wanting to find some way to relieve herself of the tension she felt mounting inside of her. Finally, after several hours and a few false starts to her sleep, she threw the covers off of herself with a huff, frustration burning through her veins. She took a look at the clock on the nightstand, cursing it for not moving faster and making it night already so that she wouldn't have to continue her suffering. 5:00pm. The numbers mocked her as she read them, and Ericka frowned. It was far too early to be out of bed still. Monsters in the hotel usually didn't start milling about until at least 6:30pm, with the more common time being any hour from 7:00pm and on. With a resigned sigh, she slipped out of bed and padded across the room to use the bathroom, considering what options she had as she did so.
