"Today is the day I will finally tell David King how I feel about him. I've went over it a thousand times I'm going to walk up to him and say 'I love you!' then hopefully it leads to a hard core make out session." I say to one of my best friends, Brittany

"Yeah, making out right in the school hallway.. Great!" she replied

To be honest she didn't seem to happy for me.. Hopefully she wasn't mad because I was gonna get a boyfriend before her

"Well yeah it will prove to everyone that we are madly in love" I say

"Hmpf, Yeah sure"

The rest of our walk to school was silent.

When we finally arrived me and Brittany parted ways seeing as we were in different first period classes but David happened to be in my first period so instead he walked over to my locker.

"Hey Joe-ster"

"Hey man eater" I reply with a wink

" Haha, you think you're so funny don't you?" he leaned his shoulder on the locker next to mine

"Well of course"

"So are you doing anything tonight?"

"Nahh just gonna go home and binge watch Sherlock, are you doing anything?" 

"No bruh, mind if I come over"

"Yeah sure" I said in hopes that we would be dating by tonight

and with that we headed to class

Finally it was lunch and time for me to tell David. I asked him to meet me at my locker so that's where I'm waiting

"Joe, Hey what's up?"

"Hey, I've been meaning to tell you something"

"Oh yeah? What?"

" W-well ever since..like grade um 8 I've ugh kinda... sorta.. I guess had a crush on you" i can feel the heat in my cheeks already "I was hoping we could uh be more than friends?"

"Oh no, Joe" he held my cheek "I don't know how to tell you this but I don't feel the same way toward you. I have liked Brittany since me and her met and we sorta have a thing.."

I froze and then BAHM I was weighed down by a guy. David had moved to the other side of the hall and this random guy was on top of me 

"Umm can I help you?" he says

"Hey! I should be asking that. You are on top of me"

"Well, Hello my name is Chris and I'm new here" He says with a wink and may I mention HE IS STILL ON TOP OF ME

"Hi Chris now can you please get off of me?" I look around us and David was no where to be seen

"Not until you tell me your name and agree to go on a date with me"

" My names Josephine and I will not be going anywhere with you" This really isn't the time for this im so angry and sad I just wanna go home and eat

"And why not?" 

Wow he doesn't give up I try and pull myself up but he is pretty strong. I finally got to look at him and he isn't to bad.Blue eyes. Brown hair and some good arm muscles.  If I didn't love David I would agree but unfortunately

"You could be a rapist or a murder" 

"Oh, I assure you I'm not" he smirked down at me " so I guess you're never gonna see this Pikachu plushie again"  he says as he gets off me. 

WAIT how did he get that! I sit up and notice my bag had been open SHIT he started walking away 

"GIVE THAT BACK" I scream

"Not unless you go on a date with me" he replies

"FINE"

He threw my pikachu back at me "Lets get going then, Josephine" que the wink

"What? Third period is about to start"

"We will be back before then" he states 

"Fine"

I have to run to catch up with him. Damn he's a fast walker
