The Surprise...

Karishma is staring at the letters and kissing them again and again ......

As per her letters and Haseena 's Cologne in them .....

Days passed and the letters came every three days ....

Where both were telling each other their days spent and their emotions......

Almost after a month......

Karishma is reading the letters and unknowingly tears make their way from her eyes......

She was so lost in reading the letters that she did not hear the knocking on the door.....

And a few minutes when the person doesn't get any response she enters the room....

Karishma hurriedly wipes her tears and keeps the letters under a file to hide her emotions but the person sees her.....

KS-  arey Pushpa ji aur Santosh aap dono yaha....

Santosh - voh Dr. Singh mein aapko aaj ki report deni aayo thi.....

Karishma nodded and took the files from Santosh and kept them on the table....

KS- hum dekh lenge.....

Karishma tries to avoid them and starts to look in the files when Pushpa ji says....

Pushpa ji- kese hai aap.....

KS-hume kya hoga Pushpa ji hum toh ek dum theek hai.....

Pushpa ji- hum Dil ke Dard ki baat kar rhe hai....jo aap puri duniya se chupa rhi hai.....

KS- issa kuch nhi hai.....(Avoiding looking towards them)

Pushpa ji signs and keeps her hand on Karishma's shoulder....

Pushpa ji- tume aapne dard ko humre samne chupane ki jarurat nhi hai .....hum jante hai ki aapke uper kya bit rhi hai.....

Karishma who was trying to control her emotions hugs Pushpa ji and cries.....

KS- kyu Pushpa ji humre.....sath m.....sath hi....hi issa ....kyu hota hai.......joh ......joh bhi insaan humse pyaar karte hai....... usse humse door hona parte hai....kyu.....(Crying)

Pushpa ji- jante hai yeah vakt bohot mushkil hai lekin jaldi hi nikal jaaye ga.....aur tum aur Haseena vapis ek sath hoge.....

KS- jante hai Amma par kitna vakt....bohot yaad aarhi hai unki aur toh aur na ki video call kar sakte aur na hi normal call.....

Pushpa ji- jante hai mushkil hai....lekin Suraj bhi to kali andheri raat ke bad nikalta hai.....

A few minutes later Karishma calmed down a bit....and parted away from Pushpa ji.....

KS- Sahi kaha aapane Pushpa ji hamen intezar karna hoga jaldi hi voh wapas aaenge....

Santosh- aapko vate karne ki kya jarurat hai Karishma di aap vaha ja bhi toh sakti hai.....

Santosh - mein abhi abhi Chief ke cabin se aa rhi hu vaha pe Malik ne kuch medical instruments ki list bhijwai hai jo unhen vahan chahie to 2 dinon bad vah instruments Urk jaane wale unke Sath ek medical expert bhi bheja jaega to aap request kar sakti hain ki aapko recommend kiya jaaye vahan jaane ke liye......

Pushpa ji- lekin aapko recommend karne ke liye bolenge kisko.....

Santosh - Dr. Amar ko.... kyuki Malik ki absence mein incharge toh vahi hai na....
