Chapter 22

Jai's P.O.V.

It's been a couple of days since Luke asked Lauren out. I'm glad that he has finally found someone.

Today is Tiffany and I's first month anniversary, since I asked her out and I want to take her out to dinner to celebrate. I know it's only been one month and most guys would just buy their girlfriend roses or something but that's not me. Tiffany is too special to me to just give her a bouquet of roses.

I'm at home waiting for her to call me to come puck her up from work...yea she still doesn't have enough to buy a car yet so I go and pick her up, but I don't mind.

My phone vibrates in my pocket and I pull it out to see a text message from Tiffany.

Tiffany<3: hey jai, just finished work.x

To Tiffany<3: ok love I'll be there soon.xx

Tiffany<3:ok thank youu!x

To Tiffany<3: welcome!xx

And with that I lock my phone and grab my keys.

"IM GOING TO PICK UP TIFFANY FROM WORK NOW!" I yell before walking out the door and to my car.

I pull up in front of the little cafe and see Tiffany hanging up her apron and walking out to my car.
"Hey beautiful,how was work?" I say kissing her on the lips as she buckles her seatbelt.
"Tiring,a lot of people came in today but it's ok it just means more money for me" she says smiling
"Ah that's my girl" I say making her laugh.

We sang to one direction songs the entire ride home. "You know....you have a really beautiful voice" I say grabbing her hand as we walk to the front door to the house. "Thank you,you know you do too!" She says smiling poking my shoulder "eh yea whatever" I shrug "haha you do jai...I know you know it" she's says looking back at me before walking in the house. I smile to myself and walk in behind her closing the door behind me. "We're home!" I yell "With tiff?" I hear skip yell back making Tiffany laugh "yes I'm here skip!" Tiffany yells

Before you know it skip it running down the stairs and gives Tiffany a big hug. "Tiffy!" He yells spinning her around "Hahahaha hi skippy" she says as skip puts her down.

"Welp we're going to go upstairs now skip" I say to him and I wink, letting him know I was going to ask her to the dinner date for our anniversary. He's the only one that knows so he nodded his head and headed back to the room he was just in.

I close the door behind me and turn around to see Tiffany staring at me. "What?" "HAPPY ONE MONTH ANNIVERSARY JAI!" She says jumping on me making us fall on the bed. "Happy one month princess" I say kissing her lips passionately.

We break apart and smile at eachother. "I love you so much Tiffany"
"I love you too jai"
"Would you like to go on a one month anniversary dinner date with me?"
"Jai you know you could just buy me flower-"
"Noo" I say cutting her off "your to special to me to just get you some flowers and that's it"
"Aw jai..." She says kissing me "id love to"
"Great,we have reservations at 7" I say placing my hands on her hips
"Ok" she says kissing me again before getting off of me and laying in the bed under the covers.
"Whatcha doin?" I say cuddling up next to her
"Well it's 5 now so that leaves me like an hour to just cuddle with you then I can go home and change and stuff" she says smiling at me
"Fine by me"
And with that we both drifted off to a deep sleep.

Tiffany's P.O.V.
I woke up to a loud bang. I check my phone to see it's 6:00

Oh cool I slept an hour exact

I turn over to see jai still sleeping. I smile and take a selfie with me kissing his cheek while he's sleeping and it turned out pretty cute.I'll show it to him later but right now I'm going to go see what that big sound came from.

I walk down the stairs quietly and into the kitchen to see beau on the floor picking up something with a pan next to him.

"Beau what the heck are you doing?"
His head shot up and he quickly stood up brushing himself off.
"Oh I ugh was trying to cook something but then I turned around and I guess I bumped into the pan handle then it fell and I ugh yea was trying to clean it up..." He said holding his hands together rocking back and forth
" haha um ok well imma go now so see ya...tell jai I went to my house and I'll see him at 6:30 ish if he wakes up before then"
"Okie byeee"
"Bye" I said hugging him

I walk back home and get there by 6:20
I quickly jump in the shower drying myself after and putting on my makeup. I go into my closet and grab my pink heels with a white strapless top and my flower skirt. I let my hair down and brush it letting it dry into it's natural wavy curls. I check the time on my phone to see it's 6:40. OMG where's jai?

Just as I'm about to text him I hear a car honk. I look out my window to see jai leaning his back against his car holding a rose in one hand and his other hand in his front pocket. I smile and quickly rush out the house and run into Jai's arms.

Yea I ran in heels, that should tell you I have a lot of experience in wearing them...mostly cause my mom made me.

He sound me around before putting me back down and whispering in my ear.

"You look beautiful love" I blush and look him up and down. He has a leather jacket on with a white buttoned up shirt with jeans and his black vans. He looks so hot. "Yea your alright too" I smirk. He laughs and shakes his head "whatever" and we get in the car. I buckle my seatbelt and look at him to see him holding out a rose. "Aw jai thank you babe" I said kissing him "anything for my princess" and with that we drive off to a resturaunt. 

We get seated at our table and I look at the menu. "Jai this is so expensive!" I whisper loudly enough for him to hear. "Ha so what? I just want you to be happy." He smiles at me "jai" I said grabbing his hands "you changed my world with just a smile.you took my heart with just one kiss. I've been happy since day one jai,you don't need to buy me expensive dinner to make me happy cause all I need for happiness is you." I said looking into his beautiful hazel eyes. "Aw babe...you're going to make me cry" he said squeezing my hands. "I feel like we have known each other our whole lives. I don't think I have ever connected with another human the way I have with you.when I look into your eyes,that's when I feel it. That sudden sense of hope. You give me hope. You make things okay. No one else can do that for me but you. You are special. And I love you" jai said still holding me hands. I felt my vision get blurry from tears forming in my eyes till they finally fell. Jai leaned over the table a bit and wiped my tears away with his thumbs. When I finally regained myself I look up at jai to see tears welling up in his eyes too. I have never seen jai cry. Only his eyes water from videos with him being sad from the Ariana break up.

I got up and kneeled down beside him not caring what anyone thought. " jai I love you so much ok? I will always be here for you no matter what. I'll never ever stop loving you." I said placing my right hand on his left thigh. He sniffs and leans down placing one hand on my cheek and kisses me. We break apart and I smile at him before pecking his lips one more time and returning to my seat. "You make me so happy Tiffany" he smiles "you make me so happy too jai" he gives me for the first time may I add, his famous sloth smile. "Ah there it is,that smile I've been waiting for" he usually just gives me a smile not showing teeth or anything,just cheeks being pushed up from the smile....if that makes sense.

He laughs and we continue to eat our very tasteful,very expensive food.

Jai pays and we head back to his car."thank you for tonight jai"
"Anytime"

We get in his car and head back to his house. "Do you just wanna-" "I already brought extra clothes" I laugh making him laugh too. I text my mum letting her know I'm spending the night and replied with "ok". I head upstairs with jai and into his room before we flop down on his bed. "I'm so full" we both say at the same time. "Yea" we say again at the same time "stop saying the same thing I'm saying" we say in unison again. "Ok this is getting weird" he says finally not at the same time. "Haha that was very weird" "guess great minds think alike" he said smirking "mhm" I replied and kissed him before getting up and grabbing my clothes to go and change in the bathroom.

I come out of the bathroom to see jai in only his boxers laying flat out on the bed. I laugh and walk over to him flipping him over so he's on his side facing me and I cuddle up to him before drifting off to sleep.
