No one warns you about the overwhelming emotions you feel in a relationship. In a relationship so full of love, laughter, trust and friendship. They overwhelm your senses and everything blurs together but also seem so clear when you're with that person. It's like nothing and everything makes sense at the same time.
No one warns you about the desire you feel when you look at them. Whether it's first thing in the morning, glammed up to the nines, after a long gym session, or right before bed. The love overwhelms you so much that you want them in every way, shape and form.
No one warns you for the blindness that comes with being so in love. When you're kissing them the world fades away and all you can feel and see is them. How you'd follow them blindly into any situation, ready to fight anything head on as long as you are next to each other. How whatever they do, they do it perfectly, painfully so.
No one warns you that the blindness can be used against you. How they sense that you're in love and feel like they can do no wrong.
No one wants you of the heartbreak that follows the love you felt was irreplaceable. How it tears you to pieces and makes you feel like you can't carry on. How you become so numb to your surroundings and emotions. How you feel like there's no light at the end of the tunnel.
But then,
No one warns you about your saving grace. You don't expect it, you don't expect the love and support you get. The shelter after the storm. The glue to all your cracks.
You weren't warned about any of it. And you do eventually learn it. But maybe it's too late to expect the unexpected.

I was going to make this into its own book but as I'm just getting back into writing, I haven't got the energy to think of a whole backstory for the characters.
The FMC will have a name... sorry folks. It just makes it easier for me for this particular fic.
But any idea on who the player/s could be?
