A/N: This will bring in another Oozy Tribe Member a bit early, as this part of the Series will bring in a Parallel Universe that came to me a long time ago, which will introduce another Oozy Tribe Member.
After Kyle was in Helluva for Half a Year, Ink Co. was still planning on capturing him to create an indestructible Ink Army. The last Three they send down just joined him instead of obtaining him. However, they still weren't going to give up.

Inside Ink Co. Labs, the Head Scientist was still coming up with a plan and another Oozy Tribe Member to get Kyle. Another one then came into the Labs to check on the Head Scientist.
Scientist: Still with the Black Gardevoir?
Head Scientist: First, we're going with 'Blackevoir', and Second, Yes! However, the Counterpart is still... an issue. Won't let him go down yet.
The other Scientist looked at the Tube in which a Shadow of a Gallade was inside of it. They then looked away from it and to the Head.
Head Scientist: However, 4th times the Charm, right?
Scientist: I don't think that's how it goes. What now?
They both headed to the RepInkcator, which created the Oozy Demons, as he goes to create another one.
Head Scientist: I was with my Niece, as she was watching a Dragon Anime, and this one caught my Attention. Even if this one is part of the Harmony Faction, which I think she's part of, I think she could be of use.
Scientist: Dragon Anime?
Head Scientist: You won't understand it.
Once they activated the Machine, it then started to create the newest Oozy Tribe Member, as they not only took a Human form, but also had a Tail and a Horn in the middle of her Head.
Head Scientist: Should I made her Dark - Water? Nah, Dark - Dragon will be fine!
The other Scientist still didn't get it.
*Insert Intro*
Meanwhile down in Helluva, both Kyle and Red were just hanging out in Helluva, since nothing fun was going on. Not much Turf Wars, not many Stories to tell on the News, nothing. Both were hanging out around another part of the Financial District, close to Ink-Filled Comics.
Red: Geez, todays Boring. Why isn't there much wars going around the Turfs?
Kyle: Your telling me?
Kyle was thinking most of it could be from him. Even if Turf Wars start with petty arguments, which then ends up much worst. However, if they have him around, they just ended in nothing more then a minute.
