Jungkook flinched at the unexpected voice, his heart skipping a beat as he quickly turned to see who it was. His gaze met a group of unfamiliar faces, their smirks and piercing stares sending a wave of unease through him. Something about their demeanor felt off—intimidating even—and the energy they exuded was far from friendly. Jungkook’s instincts immediately told him these weren’t people he wanted to engage with, and a sense of discomfort began to settle in his chest.

“Oh, wait—isn’t this the pathetic little nerd?” sneered a girl in a skimpy dress, her tone dripping with mockery as she lazily chewed her gum.

“Who on earth invited him?” another boy chimed in, his face contorted with disdain as he scanned Jungkook with a judgmental glare, as though his very presence offended him.

Jungkook’s discomfort deepened, a knot forming in his stomach as the group’s hostile attention zeroed in on him. Fear flickered in his wide eyes, and he felt small under their scrutinizing gazes.

“Who invited you, nerd?” one of the guys demanded, his tone sharp and mocking.

“Ta-Taehyung hyung,” Jungkook stammered softly, his voice barely above a whisper but just loud enough for the group to hear. His words trembled slightly, revealing the nervousness coursing through him.

“No way. Taehyung would never invite this trash,” the girl sneered, her face twisting into a look of pure disgust as she crossed her arms.

“Now, now, Shasha, don’t be so harsh,” one of the guys interjected, his tone laced with malice. A sly smirk spread across his face as he added, “Maybe Taehyung had a little... entertainment planned for us.”

The insinuation in his words was vile, sending an icy chill down Jungkook’s spine. The atmosphere grew heavier, the group’s predatory gazes making him feel even smaller and more vulnerable.

Jungkook’s fear gripped him tightly, his body trembling uncontrollably as the situation grew more intimidating. But it was the next voice that sent a paralyzing chill through his entire being, leaving him frozen in place.

“Oh, come on, guys~ let the poor little nerd go~” the voice drawled, dripping with a sickening mix of mockery and amusement.

Jungkook’s breath hitched, his eyes widening in dread. He didn’t need to look up to recognize that voice—it was all too familiar, etched into his memory from countless humiliations. His shivering grew worse, and he felt utterly helpless, unable to do anything but brace himself for what was to come.

“But Jackson, what are we supposed to do with this nerd?” one of the boys asked, his tone laced with disdain.

“He’s literally making me sick,” Shasha sneered, pulling a face as if she were about to gag.

Jackson smirked, his eyes gleaming with malicious intent. “Guys, don’t you know why Taehyung invited him?” he asked, his tone playful yet sinister. The group exchanged confused glances, unsure of what Jackson was implying.

“It’s obvious,” Jackson continued, his smirk widening. “He’s here for our entertainment~”

Jungkook’s heart dropped at the words, his eyes widening in disbelief. His chest tightened as he shook his head vehemently, his voice trembling as he whispered, “You’re lying. Taehyung hyung invited me because I’m his friend.” His voice quivered, barely audible, and tears welled up in his doe-like eyes, threatening to spill.

“Friend? With you?” Jackson snorted derisively, his words dripping with mockery.

The room erupted into laughter, the cruel sound echoing around Jungkook like a suffocating storm. Each laugh felt like a dagger to his pride, and he clenched his fists tightly, his entire being consumed by humiliation and despair.
