(If you can) Put out a few red and peach candles to represent blood and healing. The more severe the wound, the better to have the candles.
Say aloud: "Rivers must flow; be pure and crystalline, but red rivers must not. They must be trapped inside my being, A river so red must be stopped, with a golden net, stop this now, stop this bleed."
