He told me that the event was canceled in Ohio and I was really upset. We had face timed many times so I have seen him more than that one time. Some nights we would stay up until 3am or until my mom would tell me to go to bed. By now we are basically dating. I am 14 so I am one year younger than him so it is not serious relationship. For a while he stopped answering my texts and I was worried because he never let a day go by without talking to me. It was 3 or 4 days that had passed and no sign of him. One day my dad and I went out to get groceries and have lunch with my mom after physical therapy. My dad hates to shop so it was really weird when he kept stalling at the store. He asked me if I wanted to go to the batting cages. I said yes because it was normal for me and him to go there. When we go there the place said reserved for party. The batting cages had put-put and go carts as well so it wasn't that rare. I told my dad that we could just go home and throw the ball or something but he ignored me and pulled in. We know the people that own it because they go to our church. So I figured he thought they would let us play anyways. The party hadn't started yet so they let us hit some balls. There was a kid in front of me that was doing really bad. He wouldn't turn around. I said," Do you want some pointers?" The kid replied, "Yeah sure, that might help." So I walked out of my cage and into his and stood in front of him and looked at him. I about cried. It was Zach and he was right in front of me. I ran and hugged him and he just kissed me on the cheek. I started crying and he just wiped my tears away.
