chapter 4

Hola guys! Im sorry about the delay, I was going to work on it in school but I had tests and I had to study! Just going to say a humongous thanks to SapphireSpade and her OC hanaraki akara! Here we go then! A love triangle!

Hanaraki x shindou x kirino

"Kirino!" You said softly happily running towards the pink haired boy and hugging him tightly

It had only been a week since you joined raimon jr high, but kirino had been kind enough to help you out during the first few days. He had introduced you to all of his friends on the soccer team apart from the captain due to an injury, you really wanted to meet him though. The team all welcomed you and marveled at your strength as you were already able to release your avatar Hana idol. You were naturally a very shy person but kirino had helped you open up a bit, he reminded you very much of a brown haired childhood friend you once had

*flaskback*

you were sitting all alone on the swingsets your eyes empty and emotionless staring into space

you had just been released from the hospital, the doctor thought it best for you to go play in the park on the hospital grounds while waiting for your brother to finish his shift and take you home. Although you had fully recovered from all your physical damage, you couldn't heal the emotional damage of watching your parents die in front of your very own eyes.

You could hear the laughing of children playing at the other side of the fence but you didn't pay any attention to on to them, you were trapped inside your own world.

a black an white football that rolled onto the patch of grass near your feet shook you out of your deep thought followed by some argument

"you kicked it over!" Said a voice

"it wouldn't have gone over if you weren't such a bad goalie!" Shouted another

"minna don't argue," said a calm voice "I'll go get it"

after a few moments you saw a brown haired boy scrabbling over the fence

"could you pass me that ball please?" He said politely

you just stared blankly at him, your troublesome past had shut you out of the world and you found it difficult to interact with other people, you gathered up the courage to pick the ball up from your feet but you didn't make a move after that, you glanced over at the boy who was standing next to some pretty flowers and your gaze shifted towards the plants

the boy gave you a puzzled look then followed your gaze towards the plant

"ah" he said

he carefully picked off some of the delicate things and walked towards you

"could I please have my ball back in exchange for these flowers?" He said a hand outstretched towards you

"...hai" you said hesitantly,slowly giving the ball to the boy who collected it gently from you then handed you the flowers

"arigatou!" he beamed

"a-arigatou" you stuttered shyly

"my name is shindou tatuko, whats yours?" he asked introducing himself

"hanaraki akara" you said barely audible

"coud you repeat that?" said shindou moving closer to you "i didnt hear you"

"hanaraki akara" you said a bit louder

"oi! shindou! hurry up, lets finish this match!" called a voice from over the fence

"coming!" yelled shindou before leaning towards you and whispering "ja ne aka-chan see you soon!"

you just stared as shindou scrambled back over the fence and let out a small smile, the first smile you had smiled in years
