Teto x Miku | "Neru, you snitch!"💕

This was a request for @beefy_di3 !!!
I'm sorry if this wasn't very good, I don't really ship Teto and Miku, but it was still fun to write! It always takes me forever to write. I will keep trying to quickly do requests though. This was my first request and I thought it was fun! Anyways, hope you enjoy!!!

"Come on, Teto! You guys are so close! I know she will understand your feelings!" My friend, Neru said to me while we were sitting in her room.

"It's not that simple, dummy..." I replied while rolling my eyes at her.

Neru is my best friend. We've been friends for a while now. We hang out frequently but we usually have our other friend, Miku with us. We enjoy making music together and we all get along very well. Trios do work out sometimes!
Today Miku couldn't hang out with us because she had bigger business to attend. Miku was much more popular than Neru and I, for she was a Vocaloid. Vocaloids were considered the top of the food chain for singers. I am an Utauloid. Therefore, I'm not as good as Miku. Neru is a Fanloid. She's not a professional singer yet, but she always tries her best with our help. Today Miku was with a few other Vocaloids to record music.

"It is simple!! You two are best friends! I see the way she looks at you..." Neru smirked at me. I thought she was stupid. She was definitely just trying to make me feel good, right?

"No... we are best friends but I'm not good enough for her. She would probably go for a fellow Vocaloid. Remember when she used to have a crush on Len?" I replied, grimacing a little at the name. Neru and I had always competed against him for Miku's attention.

"Oh shush. That was middle school. There's no way she still likes him. I haven't heard her say anything of the sorts in a few years." Neru scoffs. She didn't particularly like Len either. He was a nice guy, but he was a little full of himself since he was a Vocaloid.

"I guess... but that doesn't mean she hasn't moved onto liking someone new. Remember that other boy, Moke? He's kinda cute." I replied.

"I'm sure she would tell us. You know how she never shuts up." Neru rolled her eyes playfully. Neru was right, Miku did never shut up. Neru had heard all about her crush on a certain red haired girl with twin-drills. Neru had a hard time when her two best friends talked about their crush. They had no idea that they liked each other. Neru always wanted to let them know so they would finally confess to each other, but who was she to spill her friends' secrets?

"Maybe I can just hint it somehow...?" I suggested, "she will be done recording fairly soon. Maybe we could all hang out together!"

"Yeah good idea! Would we wanna go somewhere or stay here?" Neru pondered.

"Hey, remember the new boba shop that opened up? We could go there!" I suggested.

After a bit of convincing the pickiest eater in the world, aka Neru, to try out the new boba place, we settled on going. I told her that I would help her find something that she would like. They didn't only sell boba, there was also ramen.

"Now we wait for Miku to be done... I'll text her and ask for her to call us when she gets out of the recording studio." I said as Neru nodded.

I sent a text asking for her to call me once she was done. Only after about 4 minutes of waiting, she called.

"Hi Teto!!!" Miku's energetic voice came through the phone, "is everything okay? I called as soon as I got out."

"Hey! Everything's fine. Neru and I were just wondering if you'd wanna try out that new boba place with us." While being on the phone with her, I couldn't help but smile. Neru smirked and me and laughed a little under her breath.

"OHMAGOD YES!!! I've been wanting to try that!!!" Miku yelled through the phone. I could have swore I heard someone shush her in the background.

"Alright!! Meet us at Neru's house!!" I yelled back a little to match her energy.

We said goodbye and hung up the phone. Neru smirked at me like she had been doing every time I talked about liking Miku. I rolled my eyes at her.

Soon enough, Miku showed up at Neru's house. She didn't knock or anything, just waltzed in and ran upstairs to Neru's bedroom. We didn't even know she was there. She flung the door open and ran to me and tackled me with a hug. I let out a yelp of surprise and almost got knocked off my feet, but then I hugged her back and we both laughed. When she got done hugging me, she did the same to Neru. Just not as powerful.

"Nice to see you too, Miku..." Neru said. Her voice was muffled under Miku's arm.

Miku pulled away from Neru and her face lit up, as if she had something important to say. "GUYS!!! GUESS WHO IS DATING?!?" Her eyes were wide and sparkling, wanting to tell us.

Mine and Neru's face also lit up, we loved gossip. "Who?!" I waiting impatiently for an answer.

"LEN AND MOKE!!!" Miku shouted out as if she could barely keep the words from spilling out.

Secretly, I let out a sigh of relief. The two boys I was worried about Miku liking were now dating. It couldn't be better. Though also, it was surprising.

"HUUUH?!" Neru and I yelled in unison.

"I thought Len was the straightest man alive!??!" Neru exclaimed.

"I did too for a while! Turns out he's bisexual. He's been keeping it a secret for a while but now he's publicly dating Moke now! They're no longer afraid of judgement." Miku smiled, looking like a proud big sister. After a second she sighed, "I so wish I could be in a relationship too. They are so cute, it makes me jealous that I don't have love like that."

Neru suddenly spoke up, "Teto has been feeling the exact same way! Right?" She smirked at me.

"Well um... yes? U-uh" I stuttered.

Neru also smirked at Miku. She had the privilege of knowing both of her best friends' crushes while they had no idea. Miku blushed and threw a pillow at her which didn't go unnoticed by me. I seen the way Neru smirked at Miku. It was the exact way she did to me when Miku was brought up.

"You're both single... why not date?" Neru said to us with a huge grin on her face. Miku and I both looked the other way, too afraid to look at each other. "Why has it gone silent?" Neru said, even though she knew the answer.

After a moment, Neru rolled her eyes. "Come ON guys!!! You both like each other! Is it not clear to see?!"

Miku and I both gasped. "H-huh?!" Miku spoke up first.

"You both are so dense..." she shook her head, "you've both been telling me about your crushes on each other for months!!!"

"N-Neru!!! You snitch!!" I yelled at her while she laughed.

"Just kiss already, idiots!" Neru pushed Miku and I together. Obviously we didn't kiss immediately like that.

Miku pushed away from Neru and I and looked me in the eyes, "is it true? Or is she trying to tease me?"

"W-well um..." I didn't know how to express my feelings. I had never done this before, "Well yes... it's true I-" before I got to finish my sentence, Miku squealed as she picked me up and spun us both around.

"I like you too, Teto!! God why did it take this long to say it?!" Miku yelled happily. All three of us smiled, Miku and I happy about knowing that we liked each other and Neru happy because her best friends were happy.

"It took you idiots long enough!!!" Neru flicked us both on the foreheads, "now let's go get boba and you two can share a straw or something romantic like that."
