Landon's POV
I hear the leaves crunch under the soles of my Converse as I step outside for my 15 minute break. I work at this little cafe in the middle of nowhere in Milford, Pennsylvania. My eyes water from the intense wind blowing, and I see a black Aston Martin zoom up in front of me.
My heart skips of beat when I see the beauty that steps out of the car. Holy shit she's gorgeous. God Landon, don't stare you'll make it too obvious. She has the silky black hair, and her eyes, God her eyes. They're this amazing blue grey color. Oh god, she's coming right towards me, act normal.
"Hey, are you guys open?" Wow her voice is even perfect. "Y-yeah we're open I'll go inside and help you," I reply making my attraction towards her extremely obvious. I hold the door open for her, and she walks in fro-ok she has a nice ass.

Faye's POV
This guy is so cute, but I can't get caught up in him, I'm running away from the police for god sake. But he has these dark brown eyes that make me feel so safe, something I've never felt. " Just a coffee, thanks," I tell him. Within a minute he's returned with my coffee, I go to pay for it but he abruptly interrupts," Don't worry about it, it's on me," he says while displaying the cutest, dorkiest smile of all time.
Throughout my life I never thought I would be truly happy, and especially now with all these people coming after me, but at the moment he feels like my antidote. While I'm lost in my thoughts he says," Hey, I'm still on break for a couple more minutes if you want to sit outside, and talk for a little."
I know I shouldn't, I should be on the road, but there's something about his good boy personality that makes him alluring to me. Maybe because I've never been with a good guy. We sit down at a table in front of the cafe, and he asks for my name. After I tell him he asks, " Are you from Pennsylvania?" "No I'm from Michigan." I reply. " Oh, why are you in Pennsylvania?" Shit. Police want to arrest me for dealing drugs, and murder? "I'm going to New York to visit a friend, I was just passing through here," Good save Faye.
We talk a little more,he tells me his name is Landon, and he's in college for prelaw. I feel like I'm in a bubble secluded from the rest of the world while we are talking. No cops, no drug dealers, no one but us two. Until I get a text from AJ. "The cops know you're in PA. Better get out soon."
