Arias's pov
It's almost my 18th birthday. I'm not that excited. I can't really do anything fun. I have to be at the hospital. Cancer sucks. I'm starting to loose my hair.
Ezra's pov
We're throwing a suprise party at Spencers house for Aria tomorrow, the day before her birthday because she has to be at the hospital on her birthday.
Its just gonna be me, Spencer, Hanna, Emily, Ali, Caleb, and Toby. Mike still hasn't forgiven her.
I hope she'll try and have fun. It makes me so sad seeing her hate on herself. She's still beautiful. Even with cancer.
*surprise party*
Aria's pov
"Where are we going?" I ask
"Spencers, she said she has to show us something" Ezra says
We get to Spencers and we walk in and I see everyone there and they all say happy birthday.
"Thanks guys" I say, giving them a hug
"What's wrong?" Hanna asks
"I don't feel well, but I feel like this all the time so I guess I'm kinda use to it" I say
"Do you want to watch a movie?" Spencer asks
"Sure" I say
We watch 2 or 3 movies and eat some popcorn and ice cream then I head home
When I get home I get a text
I have a suprise for you. Come alone to 6832 East Wind Road, or I'll hurt Ezra and your friends. Happy birthday!

"Uh, Ezra, im gonna go try to talk to Mike, hopefully he'll forgive me. I miss him" I lied
"I'll come with you" he says
"No I want to go alone" I say and head to the adress
It looks like an old factory of some kind.
I look around for something from A and I see a little cake. There's somethign written in frosting on it

After I eat it everything gets blurry and then it goes black
I wake up somewhere that looks like an abandoned cabin in the middle of nowhere.
"Where am I?" I think out loud, not expecting an answer
"I don't know" someone says
"Who are you?" I ask then Ali steps out from the shadows
"Ali, how's you get here?" I ask
"I saw you leave Ezra's apartment and was worried about you so I followed you. I saw A take you and tried to stop him but he got me too and now we're both here" She says
"At least I'm not alone" I say
"But I'm still scared" I add
"It'll be okay, come here" She says and gives me a hug
"We're gonna be okay" She says
