Fourth sat silent in the car. Ever since he came to save Mudmee, he had been feeling like he was being hung upside down in the air.

Telling himself to care about Mudmee, but he secretly noticed his feelings. Gemini kept quiet, his eyes looking out the window, as if he was quietly drawing a boundary of his own space that no one could disturb. Fourth sat next to Mudmee, but he couldn't feel at ease. He was so strange today, not as cheerful as usual, and he didn't stick around to bother him anymore.

Fourth silently watched Gemini's wound being bandaged by the doctor. It was bleeding profusely, soaking his pants and shirt, yet he had no expression on his face. Fourth felt a slight pang in his heart. He wanted to ask about his condition, but he didn't know how to start the conversation. It seemed like he didn't want to talk to anyone right now.

A group of people were led into the police station, divided into two groups, one side was the perpetrator, the other side was the victim. Gemini was taken to the interrogation room, his hand was wrapped in a white bandage, Mudmee had already gone in long ago, outside, only PondPhuwin and Fourth were left standing there waiting.

"Fourth, what's wrong?"

Phuwin asked, he saw that Fourth had been standing still for a while, refusing to sit down and wait. Phuwin's question startled Fourth, he shook his head slightly.

"It's nothing, I'm just a little worried about Mudmee, and P' Dunk too, I don't know if Joong's side has found him yet."

Fourth spoke softly, Gemini's name didn't appear in his words, but Phuwin wasn't stupid enough to not realize that his gaze seemed to be focused on him the most. Ever since the blood flowed from Gemini's hand, Fourth had stopped focusing on Mudmee, the person he secretly looked at the most was him, although he didn't say anything, his eyes always showed something he wanted to care about but didn't dare.

Gemini finished taking the statement earlier than everyone else. He just walked out of the room, his face still solemn as he approached Pond.

"What's wrong?"

Pond asked, looking at Gemini, he just nodded and spoke in a low voice.

"It's not stressful, I'm going home first."

Gemini finished speaking and turned around to leave, that action made Fourth panic, he could only stand there and watch him step by step move away from his position. Fourth didn't want that at all, right now he just wanted to ask him if his hand hurt a lot, and also wanted to thank him for saving Mudmee.

"Hey Gemini, how can you drive with such a sore hand?"

Pond shouted loudly, he ran to hold Gemini's hand, looked around for a while then Pond spoke.

"Fourth, help me drop gemini home"

"Why me?"

Fourth looked puzzled. Just now, Pond suddenly mentioned his name, making him startled. He tried his best to keep his expression from showing. Hearing what Pond said, Fourth immediately bristled. Why was he the one who had to take him home?

"Only you know the way home of Gemini, take him home for me."

"Why don't you go?"

"I have something to say to Phuwin."

"I also have something to say to Mudmee, she's my best friend, she's in there right now, why should I leave her just to go with him."

Fourth let out a long sentence, not realizing that his words had unintentionally become thousands of knives stabbing straight into Gemini's heart. He stood there silently, shook Pond's hand away, and spoke in a low voice.

"No need, I'll go home myself."

Gemini turned his back and left, the moment his back faced everyone it seemed to become cold and lonely. Fourth realized he no longer cared or clung to him, his words were no longer effective, he should just say go and go.

"Okay, Mudmee, leave it to me. You guys go back first. We still have to find Dunk."

Style's voice broke the surrounding atmosphere. Pond saw Gemini's back disappear, and couldn't bear to run back to Fourth.

"Fourth, please, take Gemini home."

Fourth originally intended to refuse, but Pond added another sentence that made her unable to not take him home.

"Consider it a thank you for Gemini saving Mudmee."

--------------------------------

Gemini walked out the door, sat in his car, and Fourth's careless words ran through his mind. He knew that in Fourth's heart, Mudmee was much more important, and was also the one who currently held most of his heart.

Gemini frowned slightly, the wound on his hand throbbed, making it difficult for him to start the car. There was a sudden knock on the window. Gemini looked out and saw Fourth, his face couldn't hide the surprise, but it only lasted for a few seconds.

Fourth knocked on the door, but when he didn't hear any movement from the car, he knocked a few more times. After a while, the car window rolled down, and Gemini sitting inside also spoke indifferently.

"What is up?"

"Sit in the passenger seat, I'll take you home."

Fourth leaned forward and spoke loudly. He stood waiting for him to open the door, but the person inside just sat there motionless, thinking about something unclear. It wasn't until a while later that he heard his voice.

"Why take me home?, don't you want to be with Mudmee?"

Gemini was still cold like that, he didn't look at fourth, just looked straight at the road ahead. The atmosphere in the car became awkward and stuffy, Fourth started to feel uncomfortable when he said that, he didn't say anything else but started the car and drove him home.

The road home to Gemini had long been familiar to Fourth, he didn't ask for the address, just drove silently, on the way no one said a word to each other, completely different from before when the car was always filled with laughter. Fourth secretly smelled the scent of the sea in his car, now it wasn't cold anymore, it seemed strangely fresh, it felt like the spring breeze was surrounding her body, but why did he look so silent.

A moment later, the car parked in the house, Gemini also just silently spoke.

"If you can't catch a bus, take my car home."

Gemini finished speaking and didn't say anything more. He was about to turn around and leave, but Fourth suddenly spoke.

"Gemini."

For the first time, after the time of separation between them, Fourth raised his voice with such hesitation. The call of Gemini made his heart pause a bit, his footsteps also stopped, a moment later, in front of Tan, Fourth's small head appeared.

"Um... Is your arm better? If it still hurts, remember to go to the hospital."

"Okay, thanks."

Gemini replied leisurely.

"Mudmee's story... Thanks."

Fourth thought he should thank him, after all, his hand must have been injured because of his friend. He thought he would have a variety of expressions, but his current actions surprised him. He let out another word of thanks, not too strong nor too soft, drifting into the air and then disappearing. Gemini turned his back, probably disappearing behind the door.

Suddenly, Fourth's heart ached so much, the feeling of loss surrounded his body, making his heart ache for no reason. Why was he so sad when he treated him so distantly?

Fourth stood silently staring at the closed door, finally taking a taxi back to the police station. After Mudmee finished, only Dunk was still missing...
