Steph's p.o.v.:
When Liam was gone, Drew entered my room without knocking. "Haven't you learned how to knock?" I asked irritated. Just imagine what would happen if he entered my room a fiew minutes earlier. "I know he was here, Steph." It surprised me, but I didn't show it. I'm a pretty good liar. "What are you talking about, Drew? I was asleep, remember?" "There is no need to lie to me, Steph. I won't tell mom and dad... If you're being honest to me. Is he your boyfriend?" I shook my head. "No." If I'll tell Drew, then he'll beat Liam. "You bet he isn't." Drew said slowly and he left. I let myself slide down against the wall and sighed. I listened to music and layed down on my bed. While Ed Sheeran sings in my head, I calm down. At 11.00 am, my boss called me. "Steph, can you come and work? I know it's your day off, but Alex is ill." "I'll be there in a couple of minutes." I replied. "Where are you going?" My dad asked when I was downstairs. "I'm going to work." "I thought you were sick?" "Yeah, but I'm feeling better already. It wasn't that bad." When I was about to close the door, Drew stopped me. "I'm watching you." he whispered.
Liam's p.o.v.:
When I came home, my parents weren't there but my sisters were. "How was it?" Ruth asked. "Not so good." I said the truth. They'd find out anyway. "Then where have you been all night?" "A friend." I replied quick. "A friend... Just a friend or a girlfriend?" asked Nicola. And ofcourse I started blushing. "It's the girl from the Bookshop, isn't it?" I nodded; my sisters laughed. "What's so funny?" I asked suspicious. "Nothing, really. You guys are cute together." Said Ruth and Nicola handed her money. "Why did you bet?" I know they do that more often. "How long it would take." They said in choir and I rolled my eyes.
