Mine (A story of Luke Hemmings)

Chapter One

I moved here from South America and my name is Miya. I live with my mother and father, my sister went to a university in New York. the first day that I came into school I instantly felt left out. Everyone already had there group of friends but I had no one. I'm alone. After 4th period it was time for lunch but almost all the girls ran to a group of four boys as they left a classroom.They were part of this band called 5 seconds of summer. I had talked to a few people now but only really made one friend his name was Ryan. I was walking to lunch with Ryan as we passed the group I caught one of the boys eye addressed as Luke. I immediately knew we were enemies.
" we better keep moving before we get eaten my the croud!" Says Ryan we laughed and walked faster pushing fans out of the way. "I never thought there would be someone important at a school I go to." I say. Oh and did I mention that Ryan is like the cutest guy on the planet!!!! And he was talking to me! That's another plus! "I gotta go unfortunately I have to sit with the football players. Not because I want to but because if I don't I'm off the team. I would ask you to come but I'm not allowed to invite."says ryan "Sorry!! See ya later OK!!! Try and make some more friends!!" He says as the walks away from me. "OK" I mutter as I walk toward an empty table. I started eating my lunch when some people came to the table I looked up realizing it was the band. I didn't freak cause I just found out about them. But why were they by me? "Hello" says the one with the shaggy hair " are these seats take?" "No" I say plainly as I gesture for them to sit. "I'm ashton, this is calum, Michael, and Luke." Said the one with the shaggy hair. I looked in Luke direction he just rolled is eyes. He didn't want to be here. "Hello" I sat as I moved my eyes from Luke to calum to Michael and back to Ashton. They all stare at me in disbilife. "What?" I say as the continue to stare me down. "Most girls would be begging for us to sit with them at lunch and you don't seem to know who we are" says Luke sounding annoyed. " that's cause I just found out that 5sos is a thing." I say sounding bored." So then why didn't you sit with any of the girls begging?" "Because your alone and those girls are annoying" says Michael. "Can we just leave already I'm bored with this." Said Luke. "Nope,we just go here and she's pretty!" Did Ashton just say that like I'm not sitting right here?!?! " whatever " Luke says rolling his eyes.after that they just talked I stayed quiet and Luke gave me ugly looks.after lunch I meet up with ryan. " what was that all about? I thought that you didn't know who they were!"he said surprised "its a long story and I don't know them they just sat there." I say " Its very disappointing to hear that you question my honesty!!" I say playfully we laugh and head to our next class I realize I have to sit next to Luke for it. When he sees me he gives me a dirty look while the teacher points me in his direction. I sigh this is gonna be a long year.
