The big move

Tyler pov
Packing is a pain to do the only good thing from this is getting to live closer to my girlfriend. *knocks* "it's open. "
My mom pops her head in asking if I'm almost done
" just a few more boxes mom, then I'll come down" I say as I just start to shove things in boxes now.
I run down stairs yelling "I'm all packed when are we leaving!!" As a few movers go up and grab the boxes from my room.
When the truck is all loaded up go get in the car," My dad tells me coming in the kitchen to get a drink of water
I run to the car and text my baby girl as I watch the last couple of boxes being loaded
My text to her
"Hi baby girl" 😘
I waited half an hour just in case she responded but she didn't so I fell asleep

I woke up and I was starving so we pulled over for lunch we stopped somewhere quick and it just so happened to be McDonald's yummy I went in ordered my food and looked at my phone with couple messages from my girl
I opened our conversation and read them
"Hi babe how's all your packing going"
"Is your packing almost done"
And " you didn't pack your phone up right?"
God I gotta love her and she's so cute and how she thinks I would actually pack my phone up in all my boxes.
I responded to her before I got my food
"No baby sorry I was asleep but we are a little over half way my love"
And I ate a couple fries and not long after she responded with
"GOOD I was starting to think you packed your phone up in a random box and then it would take forever to find it." I laughed at her and how she doesn't think much of me but I'll show her wrong one day.
My parents came to join me after using the rest room and I ask "how much longer until we'll be there"
They looked at me and said "a little over 4 hours." And then asked if I would snore less in the car.
"For one thing I don't snore I sing and who said I'd go back to sleep in the car"
After that we just talked about my dads new job and how our new life's will be.
When we got back in the car I turned my music on and played some games on my phone. Then I get a message with a sad face from my girl so I quickly type:
"What's wrong my angel?!?"
Noticing I didn't respond to her text message and I instantly felt bad when I received a message from her
"You didn't respond and I got sad thinking you didn't want to talk to me"
And I was thinking of a reason why I wouldn't want to talk to her.
"No baby princess you got it all wrong I was eating dinner and I thought I responded back to you don't worry I always want to talk to you 😘" and with that we drove into Indiana and a huge smile spread across my face knowing I was close to her.
