Graysons pov

  I know I said some mean things but she kept the fact that I have a daughter away from me for 2 years.

She had no right to. I can't act too mad or aggressive because I want to know my daughter.

" Katherine" I say when I see her again.

" what" she rudely says.

" let her stay with me tonight okay it's the least you could do" I say. She has a worried look in her eyes but she nods.

She hands me a piece of paper with her address on it and says to come at 7.

" oh her name is hallie" she smiled.

I smile back and think ' I have a daughter'

I went home and cleaned my apartment for hallie.

It was 6:30 so I got in my car and drove to Katherine's house.

I knocked on the door and she opens the door.

" uh come in" she said.

" so I have her food, dippers, and um oh her cl-" I cut her off.

" I already vouch some stuff and my mom texted me what to do I'll be fine" I reassured her.

"You told your mom" she sighed.

" yeah I have the right to" I said.

" I know I'm sorry" she said sniffling.

" have you been crying" I asked.

" no um-" I cut her off.

" it's okay she'll be safe with me. I want to get to know her okay" I said.

" why don't you just stay over here I mean she just met you and she's pretty clingy" she said.

I don't know I mean I wanted it to be just me and hallie.
After the way I left things with Katherine I can't believe she's  okay with all this. Well she doesn't really get a choice.

" yeah but let me go grab my things" I said as I walked out.

I went home and grabbed a change of clothes and some pajamas. I decided to call Katherine since she gave me her new number.

Grayson: hey

Kathrine: hey what up

Grayson: do you need me to pick anything up for dinner

Kathrine: crap I didn't make anything because I thought I was going to be alone ugh. Can you pick up some pizza I call and pay you back

Grayson: okay from where

Kathrine: uh dominos

Grayson: okay I'll be there soon.

I grabbed the pizza and went to her house. She had a pretty big house and it was nice. She must have a good job because she's a single mom.

We ate and played with hallie why we watched a movie. Hallie was perfect. She had brown hair and she was pretty tan. She was the perfect daughter I can't believe I missed two years of her precious life.

"Hey so where do I sleep" I asked.

We just put hallie to bed.

"Ugh you can sleep in the guest room or on the couch I don't care." She said outing her hair up.

" thanks" I said, she smiled and walked to her room.

Katherine looked good, really good. She would never go for me again I mean she kept my daughter away from me because she didn't want to see me. Which sucks I always thought she was the one. Yes I broke up with her but I had to. My ex-girlfriend Caroline said she would make Katherine's life a living hell if I didn't break up with her.
She gave up so much for me I couldn't let her life get any worse. She won't talk about us. The whole night anytime I brought it up she would change the subject.
