"I am never doing that again, Hu Tao. Ever."
[Y/n] stared at her best friends' face, a look of horror and pure disgust flashing over her expression for just a second.
"Come on!" Her friend insisted, grinning brightly with her hands on her hips. "It wasn't that bad. Right, Xiao~?"
[Y/n]'s face immediately began heating up as she quickly held her head down. She already was horrible with people in general, and now Hu Tao was teasing her about some slip up that had happened earlier?!
'Life really couldn't get much worse for me..' She thought, before the low voice of the boy rang out.
"It wasn't all that scary." He responded, arms crossed with that usual, brooding look.
'I take it back.' The [H/c] haired girl thought, looking like she had seen a ghost. 'A thousand curses upon you, Hu...mark my words young lady.'
"But," He started once more, catching both of the girls' attention once again. "It's still foolish of you to try and summon some kind of otherworldly demon."
"Whateverrrr..." The club leader said, twirling around slightly before stopping again. "That's why we have Chongyun, no?"
The boy in question quickly looked up from his homework, confused for a tad moment before smiling brightly. "Y-yeah! If any actual curses would come to visit us, I'll be prepared, no worries!"
Sitting on the carpeted floor were Lumine and Aether, with the latter getting his hair braided by his sister, due to her insisting that it looked messed up.
The group activity had ended some time ago, but the members stayed to do their homework or hang out for a little more.
"I should really get going.." [Y/n] mumbled, grabbing her bag. This caught the attention of her new..friends? She guessed that would be the correct term for them.
"Not so fast~" Hu Tao immediately answered, making the other girl's eyebrows crease together.
"What is it now?.." She asked hesitantly, already afraid of the next chaotic idea her dear friend would come up with. "I must let you know," The brunette grinned evilly. "That you will be added to the clubs groupchat. Both of you, actually!" She turned to Xiao with an annoying, all knowing smile.
The boy, in return, scowled. "I never agreed to join your club, Hu Tao."
The girl shrugged. "Well, too bad! You have to join one, and both of us know well enough that no one else would let ya in~"
Those words, even if meant teasingly, made [Y/n] look up. 'No one else would let him in? Is there some message I didn't get, orrrr...'
She looked inbetween the two of them, worry creasing over her face as Xiao's scowl turned into a full on glare. Then, without another word, he left the club room, leaving silence and stunned members behind.
