Problems and Airplanes| 3

"Hey! I'm back!" Shawn yelled as he walked through the door.
"Shawn!" I ran and embraced him tightly.
"There's my partner in crime!" He chuckled.
"Hey, um can we talk to you?" Our dad asked in a gloomy voice.
"Uh, yeah what about?" Shawn said with a questioning look.
"Just come sit down." My mom said with a tear streaming down her cheek.
"So I got a job transfer in Florida. Your mom wants to stay here with you guys. Is that okay with you?" He said seriously.
There's something wrong. It can't be that my dad is getting a job transfer in Florida. It's something more.
"How long are you going to be away?" I ask.
"More than a few years." And that's when it hit me. He isn't coming back.
"YOU ARENT COMING BACK?!"
"Now Annabelle calm down."
"YOU WERE JUST GONNA LEAVE US!"
"Annabelle!" He yelled.
"YOU NEVER WERE MY DAD, NEVER!"
That's when he got up and slapped me across the face. Shawn got up and punched him and chaos went from there.

(5 hours later)

My dad was gone and I have a red mark on my cheek. Shawn has a busted lip and a black eye. My mom is still in her room crying. I'm in my room thinking about what happened this afternoon. It's 12:00 AM and I can't sleep. So I got up and ran to Shawns door and knocked on it.
"Come in." He said in a raspy voice.
"Hey." I said sadly.
"Can't sleep?" He added.
"Nope." I said.
He signaled me to go in his bed. Once I was under the covers Shawn wrapped his arms around me and kissed my head. That's when the one and only tear dropped onto the pillow. Then I had an idea. I needed to get away from this house.
"Shawn?"
"What?" He whispered.
"Can I go to Magcon with you?" I asked.
"Yeah! But we leave tomorrow though." He said.
"I'll go pack right now. What time are we leaving?" I asked
"In six hours." He said.
"Oh okay, can you wake me up tomorrow at like five?" I asked
"Yeah, now go pack." He said excitedly.
I got out of Shawns bed and ran to my room. I pulled out the suitcase and started packing. I packed the regulars and some bathing suits just in case. I then run out of my room and jump on Shawn who was on his phone.
"What the heck!" Shawn whisper shouted. I laughed.
"Oh! I should invite Izzy!" I added.
"Yeah, but isn't she a fan?" He asked.
"Yeah but she'll warm up to you." I giggled.
"She better." He said laughing.
I grabbed my phone and called Izzy.
"Yeah?" She answered.
"Would you like to go to Magcon with me?" I asked.
"YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!" She screeched through the phone.
"Okay! We'll pick you up around sixish."
"Great I'll see ya then!!!" She screamed.
After I hung up Shawn looked at me.
"Really? This has me thinking that this wasn't a good idea." We both laughed. Times like this make me love having a twin.
I snuggled up next him, "Shawn, can you sing?"
"Yeah." He said.

Then we both fell asleep.

(The next morning)

"Anna!" Shawn yelled right in my ear.
"Ugh!" I grunted while I pushed him away. I looked at the clock and it was five. So I got up and jumped in the shower. About twenty minutes later I got out, brushed my teeth, combed and dried my hair and put it up in a messy bun. I put no makeup on cause who where's makeup to an airport? I don't. I decided to call Izzy to see if she's ready or not.
"Hey! Are you ready?"
"Yeah! Where are we going exactly?"
"I don't know but bring a bathing suit."
"Okay! I'll see you in like five minuets!"
"Kk bye!"
After I hung up I heard Shawn screaming, "ANNABELLE TAYLOR MENDES WE NEED TO LEAVE!"
I ran down stairs and yelled in his ear, "OKAY LEMME GRAB MY STUFF!"
He flinched and put his stuff in the car. I went upstairs and grabbed my duffle bag and suit case and lugged it down the stairs. I walk out to see my mom and Shawn laughing and saying goodbye. I ran up to her and hugged her and said goodbye. We hopped in the car and five minuets later we stopped to pick up Izzy.
"Wait, are you Shawn Mendes?!" She said as she got in the car.
He looked back at her, "Better believe it."
"Ok Anna you've got some explaining to do." She said suspiciously
"We're twins." I laughed
"HOLD THE PHONE WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY!" She yelled
"We...are...twins." I said calmly
"Why didn't I know this?" She said.
"I have my reasons." I said with a smirk.
Then it was a quiet trip to the airport. We parked the car and walked to the Starbucks in the airport. An hour later we checked our bags and went through security. After that we ate more food and waited for our flight. We still didn't know where we were going but Shawn did. Then the intercom said,
"FLIGHT 414 TO BRAZIL IS BOARDING NOW."
That's when Shawn took my hand and lead us to the airplane.
"WAIT? WE'RE GOING TO BRAZIL!" Me and Izzy screamed at the same time.
"Better believe it!" Shawn smiled and we entered the airplane.

(After plane ride)

When we arrived we grabbed our bags and waited for the others. Izzy was bouncing up and down on her chair as we waited. Then we heard,
"SHAWNNNNNN!" We turned around and saw eight guys running toward us and they all had they're shirts off. Izzy just about fainted and I was laughing as they all piled on Shawn. When they got off Shawn introduced us,
"Guys this is my twin sister Annabelle and this is her friend Izzy."
"Never knew that your twin was so hot!" A boy with blue eyes said.
"Her best friend too!" A boy with a bandanna said.
We both blushed. Then I said,
"Aren't you gonna tell us your names?"
"I'm Nash."
"I'm Hayes, his little bro."
"I'm Taylor."
"I'm Jack Johnson."
"I'm Jack Gilinsky." He was really cute.
"I'm Carter!"
"Aaron is the name."
"My name is Jacob" I saw Izzy looking at him.
"And I'm Matt." He said waving.
"Shawn do you know where the special guests are?"
Then we heard laughing in the distance. Two boys that were identical walked over to us, "The special guests have arrived." We all laughed at this
"Shawn who are they?" One pointed to us.
"This is my twin sister Annabelle and her friend Izzy."
"Hi we're the Dolan Twins!" They said simultaneously.
"I'm Grayson! And I'm Ethan!" We both waved.
I looked at Izzy and she was in awe. They were both really cute. This trips gonna be fun!
