"Mr. Horan?"

"Yes doc? How is he?"

"I'm afraid not. His heart is too weak to carry on now. He needs a donor."

"So? Have you found one?"

"No. Unfortunately all his family members and friends, doesn't want to risk their lives for him. We are still looking for someone. He is now awake, your other band members are there already."

"Okay."

I walked into the room where Liam was staying at. Zayn, Louis and Harry were around him crying their eyes out. And Liam... Well as 'Daddy Direction' he's still doing his job. Whispering that everything will be alright but it won't.

Liam looked up at me and smiled. I smiled back and came closer.

"How you feelin?"

"Like crap."

"..."

"Um.. when's my operation?"

"Tomorrow night."

"Oh."

"Come on guys. Let's go. Let's give Liam some sleep."

We all stood up, wiped the tears away and walked out. I went back in and tackled Liam and kissed him passionately. 

"I Love You."

"I Love You too."

We pulled away and smiled. He closed his eyes as I left.

"I'm going to do it."

"What?"

"I'll give my heart to him."

"But Ni -"

"No Lou. I love him too much to see him die before me. I can't live without him."

"Yeah and he can't live without you!!"

"I know. But he's stronger than me. Surely he'll move on."

"Ni -"

"I told the doctor I'd do it. So I'll be having my operation earlier than Liams.. Can you guys do me some favours?"

"S-sure."

"Give this letter to Liam for him to understand my decision. And please, don't stop making wonderful music. I want One Direction to live longer and enjoy more with/without me. I love you guys and the fans. Don't stop please. It's only been 2 years and it's not the end of the band. Just remember that no matter what, I'll always be by your side."

"And y-your fa-fami-mily?"

"I already told them. I Love You guys."

"We Love You too Nialler."

I looked at them and smiled, kissing each one of their cheeks before entering the OR.

Liam's p.o.v

( after the operation )

I was laying in bed, still in pain but a lot better. I heard the door open adn the boys came in. Wait.. Lou, Haz, Z.. Where's Ni?

"Hey."

"Hey."

"So? Where's Ni."

They look at me with sad eyes and handed me a letter.

Liam.

Hey. Feelin better? I hope that when this letter gets to you, I'd be gone now. You may be sad or depressed at first when you realise that I gave my life up just for you. But it was worth it. I do have on regret about this, cause it also means that I will never have time to show you just how much I really did love you.

You have shown me what love is and what it feels like to be loved. Every time you kissed me and our lips touched so softly, I could feel it. I got the same magical feeling as our first kiss. I could feel it when our hearts get so close they are beating as one.

You are the beat of my heart, the soul in my body; you are me, because without you I am nothing. I love you, Liam, you are my boyfriend, my fiancée and my best friend.

You are the person I know I could turn to when I needed help - you are the person I looked at when I needed to smile and you are the person I went to when I needed a hug. When I am away, it is like I have left my soul at your side.

You have shown me how to live and you have shown me how to be truly happy. I want you to know that every time I smile, you have put it there. You make me smile when others can't, you make me feel warm when I am cold.

So whenever you feel lonely, just close your eyes and I'll be there, right by your side.

I closed my eyes to stop my tears from going down, but it was too late. My tears ran down my cheeks as I remembered all the memories we've had. I gripped the paper in my hands as I read it over and over again.

Niall... Why?

I love you... But if this is what you want I'll do it...

The boys hugged me tightly as we cried for our beloved friend.

Liam and the boys have been making music just as Ni have said. They laugh together, give happiness to each other and they support one another.

Lou, Haz and Z are now engaged to 3 beautiful women and their triple wedding will soon be held.

Liam on the other hand planned on living without a wife until the end of time for his heart belonged to one person and one person only. 

Niall James Horan.

He believes that although his star is gone, it doesn't mean he wouldn't shine down upon him.
