Chapter 1

17 year old Abbey Williams has a perfect life. Parents that are still married and two younger twin brothers. Until one day, Abbey's life comes crashing down. Will things ever go back to the way they were?

Abbey's pov

Well let me introduce you to my family. I'm Abbey and I'm 17. My brothers are Jake and Max and they are both 14. My mom is Virginia and my dad is Jon, but I call them mom and dad.

My life can be a little hectic, but it can be fun...sometimes.

So today is the last day of summer, so my family decided to spend it at the beach. So we drove up to the beach, when we got there we went to my uncle's condo that my mom's side of the family uses.

The next morning, we woke up and my dad went to go and grab me and my mom Starbucks and all of us some McDonald's for breakfast.

We went down to the beach, after we ate breakfast. Me and my brothers grabbed our boogie boards and rode the waves.

My mom brought lunch down to the beach. It was so good! I couldn't wait to get back to the sand and water, especially since it would be our last time to go to the beach till next year.

When we were walking up to the condo, jake was walking behind me. I turned around and he wasn't there.

We screamed " jake, jake, where are you?"
