Paper Lives

Prologue

As all of you know, Quentin and Margo have been best friends since they were little. But it didn't work out for too long after q denied Margo's offer to go with her when they were little. Till this one night.
Margo sneaked into q's window allowing him to wake up because of the creaking sound the window makes when it is opened. She asked for 9 requests and so there they were going for an outstanding journey at night fulfilling Margo's requests.
But it didn't last long as well when Quentin figured out she was missing the next day. Q thought it would be such a light problem for margo to go missing as she had run away before but not this time. Margo had gone missing for good. Margo loved mysteries. So much till she became one.
Q had spent his senior years being a normal person not taking any risks and following the rules. Staying sage and never thinking out of the box. Quentin had everything the way it should but quentin couldn't get one thing off his mind. That was margo. He kept thinking about her every single day.
Quentin decided that he should do something about it. Q loved margo. He really did. Ben and radar couldn't take Q's behavior so they helped him find her. Resulting them going on a road trip with Lacey, Margo's best friend and also Angela , radar's girlfriend.
The trip was to go to agloe in new York. During the road trip, they spent a lot of time together and it comes to the fact that friends should always be there for one another.no matter what the cause, they're always there for you regarding the distance or how bad you look.
Finally they reach their destination and did not find what they had been looking for. Quentin believed she was here and really wanted her to be here.
Ben and radar had always planned to go to prom but quentin on he other hand is not a fan of it. Here they are in agloe trying to control their feelings towards what have been a waste of time trying to find someone who had left for reasons unexplained. Ben and radar were still destined to not kiss prom so they suggested to go back before it was too late but q had always been in love with margo and was really hoping to find something. He snapped and got angry at his friends not knowing that they sacrificed all their time just for Q's happiness. Everyone left except q and were very mad at q for being such a selfish prick.
Come to think of it, q had never thanked his friends for being there for him . then, he finally gave up after several efforts. He had to make it up to his friends. He wanted to say sorry so he head to the bus station to get back to Orlando.
Suddenly, something caught his eye. It was what he had been looking for all this time and had always wanted. It was the love of his life, Margo Roth spiegelmen.
He reached out for her regarding when the bus would arrive. Told her everything and was very sure he understood what was going on. Turns out, margo had never wanted q to find her , she just wanted to leave orlando. She figured out that she was the paper girl and has to leave in an actual paper town.
Quentin confessed his love to margo but margo wouldn't believe it. Before he left, he told margo all the thing s he had done just to be with her. Margo was suprised that the quentin she knew all this time was the quentin she wanted him to be. Yes, margo was also in love with quentin . margo asked him if he wanted to go with her but something in quentin told him that he should make the right decision. His friends were back in Orlando having to get ready to prom and not knowing that their best friend had left them because of love. Quentin decided that he had to make it up to them. He kissed margo goodbye and left.
He left.
Quentin made it in ime for the prom and joined his friends.

You should always put your friends before your lover. They were the ones who helped you through highs and lows.
